Construction and everything closed

The property is under construction at the moment and that is the only reason for the 4 stars for property; otherwise, this is a great place to stay! The pool and hot tub are under construction so they gave us a pass at the rec center down the road. Area is beautiful and safe.

Great place some of the exterior under construction, but no issues on the inside. Very roomy and clean rooms, nice front desk service. Thank you.

Only thing negative I have to say was there was a lot of construction happening at the hotel so therefore it was very loud in the morning which disrupted our sleep unfortunately .

They were doing construction. No patio access, windows halfway boarded up. Off-season so no breakfast.

It was ok.

This hotel was significantly overpriced for the current state of the hotel. About the pool being closed I was aware of since its listed on their website, however wbat they dont tell you until you arrive is that they are actively doing construction. My balcony had a piece of plywood covering it and no railing. They would work outside on my balcony while I was in my room, the plywood only covered a portion of my window. I tried to get a refund so I could go stay at a different hotel (for the price there is nicer) and they did not budge.

The Inn was under going construction. No pool or jacuzzi available. Our room balcony was under construction and the front desk should have told us that before we got to our room. We opened the door to a piece of plywood nailed up.

The exterior of the hotel is currently under construction and it was very noisy during my stay. I was in Aspen for work so I had to work from the room for a few hours on Saturday and the construction noise was right outside with scaffolding blocking the patio door. I wish I was informed of the construction prior to my stay. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed as well. The staff was friendly but told me there would be no construction over the weekend but that was not true.

I booked this property in December. I didn’t know it would be under major exterior renovation when we arrive. It was noisy and dirty. If I had known, I would’ve canceled. It was certainly not worth $200 a night. Our exterior door was boarded up and scaffolding blocked the view. The interior has been redone and is nice but that cannot make up for the exterior construction underway. Buyer beware. Ask if it’s complete before booking. I wish I had known.

Excellent value for Aspen. Free shuttle transportation to central town activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Room provides a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee machine, Ninja toaster/oven and microwave. This hotel is a siperb choice.

It was a beautiful property where they had a touching buttermilk mountains right behind the property. Clean and excellent rooms

The pool and jacuzzi were out of order. The inn holds a fee for incidentals yet there is nothing you can charge to your room. You cannot take an actual glass wineglass beyond the restaurant. Way too expensive for low class service

Ok, but could use a facelift

The property was undergoing construction. Our door was boarded up, couldn't see outside the window from the scaffolding. The pool and hot tub were also closed

Pool and hot tub closed as of spring break 2025 and much of hotel under renovation. They provided passes to Aspen rec center. Was cool, but not at all the same. They were accommodating

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the air conditioner blows right at face level in the bed. In the face all night. Otherwise loved it
