Very clean, very safe, beds were really comfortable.

Easy check in and nice room.

Location was excellent, near restsurants and quick a cezs to the beach p and parks.

A very funky property. Rooms were probably at least 50 years old. Was very clean, but had a very old kitchen that was difficult to cook in. Had the microwave on top of a very large refrigerator. You had to be at least six feet tall to use it. Very limited cookware. Shower didn’t work, but they quickly fixed it. WIFI didn’t work after first day. They said they were working on it. Location was perfect. Short walk to East Beach. Staff were very receptive and kind.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Propert was as expected, clean, not upscale, but again as expected. Room was nice, had everything we needed in our kitchen. Bed comfortable. Our only complaints, the pillows were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Also, the wifi did not work at all. We struggled to get internet even through our carrier. Bit of a dead zone. Otherwise, great stay, great experience.

Within walking distance of where I needed to be.

The property itself is located in a nice area, and it's close to everything. The exterior is nice , but the interior leaves much to be desired. To start we found old underwear in our bed when we started to go to bed. It was toward the end so not sure if sheets got changed before us. Our fireplace didn't work, they have the most ridiciculous over the bed light placement that you bang your head into most any time you go to get up out of bed. There's no insalation between floors so we could hear the people upstairs all night as if they were in our room. Also the sink kept gurggling up and sounded like the toilet was overflowing for randoms times through out our stay mostly when were were sleeping at night and woke us up.

Nice Quiet Location Didn't like the bed

It was fine for a cheaper property. The best thing was location. It wasn't dirty, but it felt dirty because the room was in need of maintenance. It was $15/day for parking, which was overpriced IMO. The WiFi never worked. It said connected but no Internet. That was mentioned in a lot of reviews that I read so just know that you will likely not be able to use WiFi.

Convenient, cost effective, great location!

Overall, the hotel was nice. Office staff was courteous and efficient. However, we stayed on the first floor and we had neighbors in the next room. We could hear their conversation and the television. We could hear the people upstairs walking around. It was a problem for us hearing our neighbors.

Heater didn’t work had to use space heater that barely heated the room

We LOVED our room; very spacious, with lots of windows. Early December, so can't speak to the lack of AC; rather, the fireplace was great .. Also, we were on 2nd floor, so can't speak to 'overhead' noises .. yes, plastic-wrapped pastries aren't much of a 'continental breakfast', but they DID also have fresh coffee (and we had a kitchen, with Keurig machine, so all good on that front ) .. Staff was VERY helpful for the few requests we had. Bed 'seemed' like it would be a bit on the 'too soft' side, but slept well all 7 nights ! The ocean and walking/biking paths are just a few minutes away, so that was great too .. My sister ended up booking a nearby room after visiting with us and she was quite happy too. would definitely return here if in the area again !

For the price, this hotel was very good. 2 blocks from the beach. Quiet. Maid was nice, front desk girls were polite. Refrigerator in the room. Microwave in the lobby. The wifi was a little spotty at times - I asked twice about it and they said they couldn't do anything, it was the service going in and out, not their hotel network. The area has other hotels and a good neighborhood. For a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe. I parked on the street for free, so I didn't pay for parking :) All was well!

It was beautiful to wake up at the beach location every day. We had a longer stay so the staff gave us a balcony to see the sunrise each morning. We also brought our dog and were thankful the hotel accommodated that. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location

Older facility but the bed was good. The manager was helpful. We liked the fireplace. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was nice.
