Great hotel, staff and location. Everything about this small hotel is special and it’s the staff that truly makes the experience wonderful. As a traveler having a friendly staff that’s willing to help sets this hotel above the others. We really enjoyed Lantern’s speakeasy too. Cheers!

Our go-to hotel in NYC - great location (close to B-way but far enough away not to feel in the crowd), an exceptional staff (big shout out to the breakfast nook crew), clean, well-appointed rooms, plenty of amenities, including a free guided walking tour of the area. We’ll definitely be back yet again

Beautiful decor and comfortable and safe. Facing side of another hotel made it a quiet sleep which is hard to find in NYCthank you Faiza for front Del kindness and Pablo for delicious White Russian.

What a lovely, small, perfectly-located traveler’s gem in the heart of midtown/Times Square Manhattan. Truly walkable to theatres, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central, and Bryant Park. Taxis aplenty out front on 44th St but also easily hailed north on Sixth Ave and south on Fifth Ave. Our room (two queens) was small but incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom, compact and impeccably clean, fit all of the amenities for our mother-daughter trip. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and helped us with an off-hours check-in, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect to start a day of adventure. The breakfast room and cocktail bar are beautifully appointed and the staff there? Also excellent. Can’t believe we’ve missed out all these years on this little gem, but now that we know, we will be back!

We enjoyed a great stay at the Iroquois, where we had impeccable service. My only constructive feedback is that the beds could use an upgrade -- ours was much too firm.

This hotel was such a gem! Booking here was probably the best decision we made prior to traveling to NYC for a girls getaway to explore NYC and see Broadway shows. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were super clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. For being so close to the Theater district and Times Square you would never know. The location is ideal if you are planning to see a show. Ben at the Breakfast Bar was amazing, friendly and kind. He provided us with great travel tips each day. Breakfast at this hotel is the best we've experienced, from fresh local bakery croissants to egg and cheese sandwiches and fresh fruit cups. We were really impressed! If you need a ride to/from the airport I highly recommend hiring a vehicle from the Iroquois. Martin was our driver back to LaGaurdia and we felt super safe and he was the best conversationalist. We only wished we knew about the driver service when we arrived! If I could make any recommendations it would be for this to be better advertised to guests. The hotel kindly provided complimentary bottled waters every day when asked. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next adventure to NYC! Thank you Iroquois for providing fabulous service!

Overall a very nice stay. The lobby was unfortunately very fragrant/smelly with perfume, and my mother and I have senstivities, so we weren't able to make use of this space. Aside from that, the rooms were comfortable and if it weren't for the heavy perfume, we'd stay again! Great location for theater trips. The rooms were also super quiet. No street noise, which is wild!

Won’t stay in mid town wver again when in NYC

The staff were superb, the room clean, area safe. I wish there was dining area in the evening.

Great location, close to Radio City Music Hall and Bryant Park. Room is small but comfortable. Check in easy and pleasant.

We were in NYC to attend a function and wanted a mid-town location. The Iroquois turned out to be the perfect choice. Centrally located just off 5th Ave this was the small character hotel we were seeking. Our premium room was perfect, hotel staff friendly and welcoming and lastly the included breakfast was much more than expected. We sure hope to stay there again.

The Iroquois Hotel is a real gem! The location is super central and makes just about anywhere in the city easy to access. The staff are friendly, helpful and always welcoming with clementines at the front desk. Ben is sunshine personified and the perfect host at breakfast each morning, not to mention very knowledgeable about the city. My room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I felt very safe at the Iroquois as a women traveling alone and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC.

The cost was reasonable

Hôtel très bien placé avec un bon service et une chambre confortable et silencieuse.

Only complaint was some cleaning around the room. The carpet wasn’t as clean around bed. Baseboards had a lot of dust build up. For the most part everything was good though!

Excelente hotel em uma localizacao perfeita. Café da manhã simples, mas que ajuda a já sair cedinho para os pontos de interesse. Bom serviço, são muito amáveis, quarto limpinho, bem decorado e confortável. Aquecimento de piso no banheiro, cama confortável, guarda-chuvas disponíveis para hospedes. Sem entrar nos hoteis super premium e super caros de NY, seria uma das melhores opcoes disponíveis.

Great place and close to theaters and restaurants and grand central.

The staff is excellent, especially Benn in the breakfast area.
