The location is perfect

샤워기가 고정이라 좀 불편 했어요. 침대쪽 콘센트가 고장이라 충전이 안되구요. 직원분들은 친절해서 좋았어요.

방이 생각한 것보다 혼자 쓰기에는 좁지 않고 청결합니다. 직원들도 대체적으로 친절합니다. 위치도 좋아서 다음에 뉴욕 올 때 다시 예약하고 싶네요.

First of all, location is very nice and price is also reasonable. Coffee and water is free. This is also nice point. I will stay here during next visit.

Clean, quiet, modern. Rooms have everything that you need and then some. The location could not better. We can walk to everything we want to see and do. We have stayed with them on three different visits

service was sub-par: had to request clean towels two times; workers were laying new carpet in the adjacent room which resulted in considerable noise (pounding; grinding) and inability to access the elevator as they stored the old carpet in the hallway. Cleaners neglected to clean the closet (prior guest left boots and socks). Bedsheets were dirty (i.e., various fresh stains).

Nothing fancy but clean and great location. Staff goes out of their way to make sure expectations are met. A great little gem to stay in the quick pace of New York. Will definitely stay again!!

Comfortable bed, quiet, central location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was covenient. HVAC made the room too hot in the early morning and was just too loud Gym was fairly well equipped but small. Price was good

I stayed at the Jewel in late January 2025. It was a great little hotel in a good location. It was very clean and quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. I liked the free coffee/espresso machine. They also have free refillable chilled water on each floor right by the hotel rooms. I will for sure be staying here again!

The property was easy to get to from JFK, taking the subway. It's pretty much right across the street from Rockefeller. There aren't that many amenities other than the free water on each floor, but the staff was always extremely friendly and offering to go out of their way for different things. It seemed they stopped doing room service after 2:00 p.m., so if you want new towels you'll have to ask. I don't think I had room service the entire time I was there unless I asked for extra towels. It was pretty quiet for the location, and I got upgraded to a larger room I think, but the view was basically the wall of another building. I would stay again though because it felt pretty quiet and safe and the location was pretty exceptional. But otherwise it's nothing fancy. Although I will say there were tons of convenient things in the room like a fridge, the coffee maker.

Our check-in experience was amazing, with Jessie making sure that my daughter and I had appropriate and comfortable accommodations for our stay. Very comfortable room with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms! We were well cared for!

Clean, customer service five stars!! Great area!

The proximity to all the NYC attractions, the beverage services and the clean, quiet rooms made our short stay very enjoyable.

This hotel was one of our best stays in NYC. Very easy check-in, staff was very helpful. Rooms are very generously sized. Great location and very quiet, didn't know we were in the heart of Manhattan. Looking forward to next visit.
