고색창연한 호텔. 전구상태가 나빠 프런트에서 새방으로 교체해줌

About 10 minute walk from canal street and access to bourbon street, also 5 minutes from sports stadiums. Several good restaurants near by. Close to grocery store. Facilities were clean and staff answered questions. Small bar fridge was sufficient for our needs. Nice, quiet neighbourhood aside from occasional street car.

What an amazing stay at Lafayette New Orleans hotel it was my first time being in New Orleans and the staff was very helpful in helping me with locations the room was very clean. My only complaint was the refrigerator had a weird smell, but I didn’t use it. I just opened it all in all love the city of New Orleans. The hotel was perfect walking distance to all different locations for sightseeing and I will be coming back again soon.

Good price. Easy to check in. Would use again.

It was great, close to the French quarter

Definitely not a luxury hotel. No glassware for water/drinks. Stayed 3 days and was never asked or had towels replaced. Comfortable bed and large room.

This place is really neat. Has historic charm, very well kept. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The location was very convenient and central. Bourbon St, Superdome, cruise terminal, World War II museum and amazing food were all within walking distances. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel and good location. 9 minute walk to the French Quarter and trolley just outside the front door. Room was clean and staff was friendly. There is an adequate number of restaurants within walking distance.

While the location is nice, property is ok too but services were very poor. I was given inside room while we paid for street view room. Hotel has virtual front desk and 2 ladies sitting at front desk aren’t helpful. If you want water bottle you have to get it rom vending machine and if machine doesn’t dispense water bottle no one is there to help OR provide you water bottle at night. Front desk simply said we can’t do anything. Stayed for 3 days and even after asking room wasn’t cleaned. We can’t help was the only answer that was provided if front desk ladies were asked something. Overall poor customer service, won’t stay there ever again or recommend it to anyone.

Great place, older but dialed in

Stayed for almost a week, they allowed early check in and they have a bag drop. I had some issues like there wasn't a microwave in the room, and the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, was a nice stay!

With the incoming storm we got a text giving us instructions on how we needed to maintain the property and avoid freezing pipes to ensure we do not get a damage fee. It was impossible to get an actual person on the phone to help for anything

The shower was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. It was an overall nice place though. Just hated the shower.

This property was fine for the price i guess but there is no staff on site u have to communicate through text message the entire time. Extremely inconvenient and people said it was close to everything but it really isnt youll be walking atleast 20 mins to bourbon st. I asked for a microwave they claimed one was in the room but it wasnt i had to wait an entire day to get one and lots of rust ij the room . I just would not eeccimmend.

My room smelled terribly of mold and there was mold in the shower. I emailed customer service asking for a refund (because I was checking out early because of this) and they first said no. Then the concierge came up and took photos of the mold. Only then did I get a *partial* refund for the one day- not even a full-refund for that day. I'd say they over-communicate and under-deliver. My stay was during a cold-snap and my room was really cold overnight with no extra blankets or ways to turn up the heat. The good? Check-in was easy and I was able to store my luggage.

Great check in process. Very good location. 10 min walk to Bourbon street. 15 min to casino.
