Soon as my husband and I got there to check in from our 2 1/2 hour drive , they told me at the front desk that my room had been cancelled because I used a 3rd party booking. I have never had this issue anywhere else. I showed my reservation and it was cheaper than what they had me pay even though he stated it was cheaper they still charge me a price that was higher and no one knows why my reservation was canceled.

Only on elevator working had to use service elevator. Elevator out of order in parking deck had to use stairs in 90⁰ heat

Smell bad in first floor

My stay overall was great, my main concern was about access to the elevators.

Our stay was great from check in to check out. Front desk great customer service. Bar-Ms. Tasha (Keep up the awesome service) you out did yourself. This lady is kind as well as very patient. Our little group loved her. Kendrick was keeping things decent and maintenence was working hard My shrimp and fries were delicious. Great job.. Take care and we're already working on a re-visit!! Love the ocean view at breakfast buffet. Beautiful leather head boards . Didn’t like no microwave and one elevator working . It was a big deal the sliding bathroom doors where off track no privacy.

The elevator is VERY slow and there isn't easy staircase as an option.

Everything was perfect besides housekeeping need to do better in cleaning of the bathroom.

Really enjoyed my time at this establishment. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable only draw back i didn t see a micowave. Other than that our stay was wonderful amd we will be making a repeat visit.

Great location! Professional hotel staff. Spacious room. Beautiful views. Parking garage is very close to the hotel!

Elevator needs upgrade!

The water pressure in the shower is very poor. The floor I was on was filled with loud guests. My past stay was enjoyable though. And I love the cleanliness of the hotel overall.

Didn't like anything, flying ants in room on windows, loud obnoxious guests roaming halls drunk and smoking Marijuana in the open and in elevator. Definitely will never come back

The stay was great. I had a suit over looking the water that was breathe taking to wake up to. The customer service was great. My stay was excellent overall. The 3.8 rating saw on google was needs to be go up to at least a 4.8.

Good location for the wedding across the street. Bed was FABULOUS. Honestly one of the comfiest ever. But the place was pretty run down. There was a fraternity party on the 2nd floor that was not appropriate for a public venue. They should have rented a private venue. The smoke and noise was inconsiderate of the other guests and was not stopped. We stayed 5 floors up from the party and could still hear the music. That being said, the staff worked hard to get us early check in which was much appreciated!

The manger and front desk were so amazing and helpful. I checked in with my toddler and needed help unloading. The manager personally helped unload our items and brought it up to our room with us. He also brought our food up to our room from the restaurant at the hotel. They even gave my son cookies! We had such a great weekend thanks to staff. Not to mention the beautiful rooms and water front views.

Horrible hotel and location! The air conditioner either does not work or is loud and blows in the head. There is nothing around that location and the hotel has very little to offer
