베일의 로지, A RockResort

It’s funny, the hotel is old. Was undergoing some renovations, some things in our room were showing their age… but the hotel was still excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Great bed. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view of the mountains and sunset from our balcony. I really loved this hotel. Also it’s right in the heart of Vail Village which was wonderful. Even with a little wear and tear… the property and staff still had a fancy / special / high level of service vibe. Great stay!

AC cooling wasn’t working and too much furniture for a small room

Nice hotel, well kept, and clean!

Wonderful stay! We came for one night, booked a king room, and were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite! Everything was top notch, only drawback was that our room wasn’t ready when we got there and had to wait about 25 minutes. Ate breakfast at Cucina, delicious, great service. Highly recommend!!

Air conditioning was very noisy and really didn't work. The constrution sure didn't help

We went during the”off season” so things weren’t in full swing. There was no room service at all. We went for our 10 anniversary and tried to get a bottle of champagne brought to the room and the hotel could not accommodate that. The pillows were really uncomfortable and the bed itself made so much noise at the slightest movement. We booked a couples massage thru the spa on the property. We should have asked the price ahead of time $550 per person for a 135 minute session was a bit of sticker shock especially when there is no water filled in the waiting room. For that much money I would think the details would be covered. The proximity to restaurants and shops in the village was nice. Bottom line there are other options in Vail village that are more appealing and we won’t return to the Lodge.

Construction made the walk to the room long, but the location & amenities are great!

We had a 3-bedroom apartment-style place. Each bedroom had its bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The kitchen, living room, and dining room space allowed for fun group gatherings.

I liked the location for the go-pro games. Nice room. Valet staff was amazing! Even handed me a bottle of champagne and birthday card as i was leaving! Only down side, the price of parking, but it Vail!

Such a beautiful property. Much more than I expected!

Lovely place to stay.

Hot water in the rooms did not work properly Hot tubs were either scolding hot 110° or lukewarm at 95° Cleaning staff was excellent, always kept our room clean

Hot water did not function properly in the room, hot tubs were either too cold 95° or too hot 110° The housekeeping staff was great, rest of the staff were just there taking up space.

Nice stay overall,however room was very small for price paid, carpet had stains , noisy hallway, water dispenser out of flavors most of the time,

Una decepcionante estancia. Ya había hospedado en anteriores ocasiones en este Hotel, desafortunadamente esta vez la relación precio calidad no es la adecuada. La habitación estaba muy descuidada, falta de mantenimiento, los muebles desgastados, la madera rota. Se reportó en 3 ocasiones el teléfono de la habitación, no funcionaba y no podíamos acceder a los servicios, la solución fue quitar el teléfono y dejarnos sin nada en lugar de arreglarlo. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, viejo, en general el estado de la habitación era viejo. Cortinas que no cerraban bien, toallas unas nuevas y otras viejas. Una pena la falta de cuidado y atención al detalle del personal de recepción a quien se le reportaron las cosas.
