Excellent location within a 5 minute drive of Temple Square. Old property but clean and very quiet with elevator for 2nd floor guests. Room had TV, microwave, fridge, extra chair and round table to eat on, bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo and soap; very reasonable rate. CASH deposit of $100 required on checkin! Refunded at checkout.

I have stayed here a few times when I am in town for work and always get friendly, great service and the room is always very clean and comfortable. Also, it is very close to everything downtown.

This is my second time staying at this property and it has definitely improved! The cash only deposit of $100 should be advertised a little clearer for people arriving late in the evening. Didnt really make sense to me since they didnt check the room before i left... The room was nice and upgraded. The shower was missing the showerhead but it was too late to notify the front desk..

There was no complementary water in room, also no breakfast even when it says there is breakfast for guests, and my room was not as shown in pics, I think i got the one that was not rennovated, area was quiet tho, and mattress was nice, bedside drawers need to be replaced since there was no outlets for charging or an alarm clock

This hotel was the most dirty unkept hotel ive ever stayed at. The bathroom was so gross we did not use it the shower was never cleaned it was tiles but painted iver and the paint was peeling. Other people's hair was all over. Mold in the windows. Carpet was so dirty i dont think it was ever cleaned.

The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out process was smooth. The building itself is old but our room was renovated and functional. We couldn’t make the heat work so a bit cold but nothing crazy. The area is close to the trains and buses or you can just walk around.

This was a very cheep room in a great location. Within walking distance from a lot of downtown hotspots. They require a cash deposit for incidentals, which is quite weird. They do have an ATM in the lobby. But the surprise of that made it irritating, plus the charge to withdraw the cash. Looks like theyve tried to modernize these rooms but fall short on the maintenance. Bathroom mirror is one of those new style with the light border around it which was really nice. The curtains were torn and had little holes all over. The mattress was Very comfy. Again, it was a cheap room for about $54/a day. I wouldnt pay a dime more than that! The staff was friendly.

Imøtekommende personale. Stedet er slitt. Toalettet gikk i stykker og ble ikke fikset. WIFI må logges på for hver gang, og har ikje særlig båndbredde. TV kan kun brukes med lokale kanaler, ingen casting/kabel. Nøkkelkort leser er vanskelig å ha med å gjøre. Billigste motell downtown, og sånnsett god valuta for pengene om du er på budsjett.

I guess for the price you get what you get. Curtains were see through until it was dark outside and dark in your room. So no privacy and light from the city shined right in. No shower as water never got warm. Cash deposit makes zero sense to me. I understand how banks work and returns on deposits, but just seems to not make sense. Fridge smelled. Stains on sheets. Smudges on the walls. Maybe with some effort they can make this place better but from the looks of it I don’t think that will happen. If you are planning to stay a night you should be fine but a couple nights or more may drive you crazy.
