The Myrtles Plantation

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and we love the perks of having a complimentary breakfast and tour of the plantation. That was our 6th time going because we love it so much!

Wonderful hospitality!!! The entire staff, from custodians to baristas to our tour guide (shout out to Charles) were patient with our kiddos, they answered all their questions, they showed genuine curiosity in what the kids were talking about! It was a great experience. It will definitely be one of or daughters favorite birthday experiences!

Amazing stay at the Myrtles. So much history and very relaxing. Even had a cabinet open up by itself during a tour.

Had Avery pleasant stay, this was one of my top ten places to stay, and I wasn’t disappointed. We didn’t have a spooky experience, but we had wonderful time. The caretakers cottage was comfortable, and it was creepy looking/feeling. Rainy, the young lady that was our tour guide, was. Set knowledgeable about the property and was very friendly.

We visited the Myrtles once before to tour the house. When we had an overnight stop, we chose the Myrtles. We only wished we had made our reservation a few weeks ahead of when we did, because we missed out on a inside room in the main house.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Very professional staff, clean, beautiful property, history and tours are worth every penny. Food is top notch.

The 1796 restaurant was Fantastic!!! We actually experienced some paranormal activities in our room!!!!

Nice if you're already in Baton Rouge or that area for some reason, not worth a drive from New Orleans or farther. It's the middle of no where.

Everyone was nice. We did the ghost tour as well as the historical tour and both were great.

Wenn mann einmal das Feeling auf einer Plantage zu wohnen haben will, ist es perfekt. Minuspunkte: Toilette auf dem Flur (zu Alleinnutzung) und keine Abdunkelungsvorhänge, somit ist man morgens früh wach. Ansonsten ein Traum.
