Renovación URGENTE pero URGENTE de sus habitaciones y un mal olor q tienen a sucia! El mismo olor me despertó alas 3 am!

Showers were a bit old and needs to be upgraded

I stayed a total of 3 nights. My room was never cleaned. I requested service and no one ever came. I had to keep throwing my own trash out. For the price I paid it was not good. They ended up charging me twice for the extra night. Horrible service for the price of the resort. Ended up paying 1300 for 3 nights with no service. This is not ok!

As many people mentioned before- check in process is the worst thing. Check in starts at 4PM, but rooms are not ready at 6 PM or even 7 PM. - for many guests. No compensation or perks for late check-in - you have to stay outside t 110 degrees temperature and pray. Rooms are outdated and never been renewed. Slow drains, boiling hot water in toilet bowl. They only plus is a convenience - a proximity to the lake - you can get into water within seconds.

My family stays here every year. It's convenient and the staff is nice.

Very nice and helpful staff

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. From the moment I checked in, I encountered unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. Staff members were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. My concerns were either ignored or met with indifference, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. A hotel stay should feel welcoming and stress-free, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes steps to train the staff in proper customer service, as this aspect greatly affected what could have been an otherwise decent stay. I was very disappointed with the quality and availability of the amenities at this hotel. Several of the features advertised were either unavailable or in poor condition during my stay. The pool area was dirty, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at best. Even basic amenities like clean towels and toiletries were not consistently provided. For the price, I expected much better. It felt like the hotel prioritized appearances over actual functionality and guest experience. I hope they invest in improving these areas soon, as the lack of proper amenities really took away from the overall value and comfort of the stay.

Location is nice. Some of the rooms really need updating.

Amazing pool and bay area. Easy to pull boat in to moor. The Naked turtle restaurant was not great....service was awful. Took 90 minutes to get a simple order.

We LOVE the nautical! We stay here very summer! The rooms are so close and convenient to the water. Love the Pool and the river cove. Staff is friendly and drinks are strong! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

The hotel rooms can be cleaner. I requested housekeeping to bring our room shower towels, and they never showed up.

Loved everything about this property ! Beachfront, nice pool, great food and drinks at good prices. Rooms are spacious. Best of all, staff was Amazing !! Can't wait to come back !

The rooms were very ran down and dirty. Extremely dirty! The area is great but for $400 a night I would want a better keeping of the room I’m renting

Lake side - tranquil

We always stay at The Nautical in Havasu. The pointe side has great water access. It’s perfect if you have a dog with you. My only issue is that side needs a reno like the other parts of the property, especially the carpet needs to be replaced.
