Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for me.

Great place to stay on a budget. Stayed in a “container” bunk bed room and plenty of space for me and my gear. Tiny sink so be prepared. lol. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic employees and fun atmosphere in common area if you want to be around people.

Hope a very short stay but, nonetheless, I received fantastic service. Front desk agent took the time to show me where the amenities were located.

Stayed in a room in the Pad. Simple and basic for my solo trip. Room itself is quite ok. Heating setup was a bit complicated to fine tune. a bit too hot/too cold at times during the night. Overall it is very comfortable. Wifi is fast !!!

Great location in Silverthorne, room was large, comfortable, clean and modern. Bar and open spaces were large with plenty of options to hang out. Eco friendly with carafe and glasses provided in room.

Booked this for a New Year’s Eve crash pad with my guy friend. I booked a mixed gender room and I think my friend did too. Upon arrival I was given a female only and he was given a male only. We had intended to stay in the same room or be able to visit each other as we both chose mixed gender rooms. well; a very upset lady reported us to the front desk after reminding us that the rooms were NOT co/ed. So, we weren’t informed except by this lady that was a guest. We were looking around and then walked by the front desks and she literally stopped me to let me know I was in a female only. So I showed her the reservation I had made for co/ed and she apologized for the inconvenience. We went somewhere else for the night and never used our rooms. My guy friend didn’t feel comfortable after the double confrontation. It’s a shame because the facility was really nice but not worse the miscommunication and no attempt to correct it. Waste of $200

The staff was very accommodating and kind. I felt like I was at home. The hot tub, kitchen, lounge area, bathrooms, and bunk bed rooms were amazing. I’ll be going back.

Very courteous, helpful staff. Very modern tastefully appointed facility. Conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful Blue River.

It’s well suited for 20 something’s looking for an inexpensive housing option to ski with a bunch of friends. Clean, conveniently located for copper, key stone, breck. I actually booked by accident, we are not into shared bathroom facilities and parking was difficult. I won’t be staying again, but it is a nice option for those in a budget and don’t mind sharing facilities.

I was really impressed by the customer service and how genuinely friendly everyone was. I had to stay here after I'd moved out of my place in October and in spite of being in the midst of an ownership change everyone couldn't have possibly been more hospitable.

I love staying at The Pad during ski season. I feel comfortable to relax there, and I love being able to use the communal kitchen to make my food. An excellent choice at an exceptional price.

really amazing, serene, chill. lots of places to relax. enjoyed the hot tub although it could have been hotter, if the staff is reading this can I suggest a hot tub cover to both keep it hotter and cheaper / more environmentally friendly to operate

This place is so cool and nice. Would never guess it was a hostel. Great room, good bed, and for a good price.
