건물이 무슨 가건물 느낌..2층으로 짐 옮기는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 불편..전반적으로 깨끗하긴한데 방음엔 취약하네요..간단한 조식을 쟁반에 담아 방에 가져와서 먹었어요..내용물은 알차네요..

Great personal touches like live flowers in the room, many hookups for all of my electronics, super clean and much more. This is a great find.

I love this property! Considering the costs in California, this is definitely a budget friendly place. The staff is absolutely wonderful and kind! You can definitely tell that this is an older place but it’s well kept and most rooms are redone! The only thing I would say is that my room was one that had not had the ceiling redone and I could hear the people above me. But it was still an overall great experience and I would stay there again!!! Thank you for your hospitality while I spent time in Palo Alto! ♥️

This place is what hospitality should be. The room was clean, the amenities were aplenty, the service was excellent, and they even threw in some free sodas and snacks. That made my experience way better than when I stayed at a 5-star hotel.

An older property but nicely updated. Very charming ❤️ the staff were very kind and always eager to any questions! Would definitely recommend

Great place

The front desk service was amazing and wonderful to work with. The room was clean and had many outlets for charging phones etc.

I've stayed at great places such as The Grand Hyatt and The Plaza in NYC. This time my budget was not that. The location is central to everything in the area. The people are nice, as are the rooms. I didn't have a problem with any noise being on the bottom floor. If there was any issue, the parking's a bit tight. If I need to stay in the area again and my budget is similar, I'll stay there.

MY husband and I are repeat customers at the Palo Alto Inn , The front desk staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms are clean , and they also offer free beverages and snacks is always a plus , thank you all for a pleasant stay always .

What an unexpectedly delightful stay! Given that the Palo Alto Inn a) is a motel and b) offered such affordable rates, we were assuming it would be a pretty standard issue experience, which would have been perfectly adequate. But we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The staff and service are extremely welcoming, and the room was full of thoughtful touches I wouldn’t have expected. Wonderful shower. Great lighting. Top quality bedding (and plenty of pillows) and towels (and plenty of them). Extra blankets in the closet. Conveniently placed charging/power outlets. Free snacks. A sweet little holiday card. And of course, the place was impeccably clean. It’s a small family-run business and they’re doing a tremendous job in a location with a lot of competition. We will be back for sure next time we need a place to stay in the area.

Super easy and efficient checkin. Front office has complimentary snacks and drinks, and useful amenities in the rooms also.

Clean, guest friendly. The hotel management has thought of everything...

Pros: * Okay service. Clean. Safe. Top location. Some snacks and water at the reception but limited hours. Cons: * Poor check-in experience, they just don’t like to work after 8pm, no one was at the reception for a long while. Almost left to look for another hotel and cancel Palo Alto Inn booking. * an old building, zero sound insulation, if your upstairs neighbor is walking around in the middle of the night, say goodbye to your sleep. Overall ok motel but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing little hotel!

After two long nights at the hospital, we jist needed somewhere to crash for the night. The hotel was close and affordable. The young man who greeted me created "magic" (his words) by getting me a room on the ground floor to avoid stairs for us. He offered snacks (free) and we walked in to an immaculate room. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and we slept.like.babies. You wont be disappointed!
