욕실에 세면기에서 물이 바닥에 흘러서 타올을 깔아야했고 샤워기 수전도 오래되어 교체가 시급합니다. 청소 상태도 더럽고 조식 식사는 커피,차,와플등인데 너무 별로였습니다. 저처럼 리뷰보고 속지마시길!

Good price. Easy to access to subway, Flushing Main Street station, 5 min by walk.

First of all, the toilet water running all the time which is pretty annoying, the cleaning staff did not refill the tissue paper which already run out, bedside socket was loosen and unable to charge, I feel they did not give the room I ordered online. Other than that, the price not bad with its location.

I love this hotel I come here yearly. I had an issue and the manager Cyan was more than accommodating I’m excited to return soon.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures online do not accurately represent the property at all. While the staff were friendly and sweet, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New York for the first time, especially as a family. The area is predominantly Chinese, and unfortunately, it doesn’t feel very safe for newcomers to the city. It definitely didn’t match the vibe shown in the photos. The bathrooms were old and in need of serious updates. There was also no place to properly store luggage, which made the room feel even more cramped. To make matters worse, there was no sense of security after we left for the day, we came back to find a card on our door with a number listed to call if we suspect any sex trafficking going on. This left us feeling incredibly uneasy about our safety and the safety of others. Inside the room, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. The breakfast options were minimal and unappealing—just boiled eggs, croissants, and cereal. The gym was incredibly tiny and not what I had expected based on the description. The rooms felt cramped, and the noise from the adjacent rooms was concerning, especially since the guests next door were intoxicated and constantly bringing in more people. Overall, I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're planning to stay in New York.

The property is a bit run down. The room I had was extremely run down. The curtains had a plethora of stains on them. The lamp had red stains on it (not sure if it was blood or not). The tv did not work at all. The only charging plugs that were available by the bed were behind the side tables. The bathroom was extremely run down. The tub had cracks with black caulking inside which made it look dirty. The toilet seat had cracks on it as well which would scrape your butt if you sat on it. The room also was extremely hot even with the ac on. The only upside to this hotel is that there is a target next door plus a mini mall, the location isn’t horrible either the train station isn’t far, and the hotel smells nice. Other than that I personally would not return nor would I recommend this hotel.
