I truly loved my room! Great price, very clean and the staff was very helpful.. I would definitely stay here again and let others know about it. Hit me up tomorrow I was so comfortable almost felt like I was at home.

We weren’t bothered by the metro passing by the hotel, but the thin walls of the other hotel guests disturbed us. Every morning, we were woken up by a man who had a cold or was on the phone all day, between 8 and 9 am. The fridge was also very loud. The bed in our room was neat and clean, but we still had ants. Besides, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for one day.

Very small, cute hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. I was able to walk a couple blocks to get public transportation. The proximity to the Harlem vibe was amazing!

The walls are very thin and you can hear the people in the next rooms. Most importantly our room was infested with ants. I did tell the front desk when there was someone there which there isn’t often they said they would let someone know and maybe they would spray for it but no one did because they’re still were ants. They didn’t even offer to change our room.

The property is conveniently located near the 125th Street 2-3 subway station, making it easy to reach downtown Manhattan in about 35 minutes. Although the reception operates only from 9 AM to 5 PM, they are very responsive and helpful during those hours. Overall, the accommodation was excellent value for the price!

Prima en fijn hotel. Kleine kamers, maar hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Het hotel ligt alleen in een onprettige wijk. In de avonden hebben wij een uber terug genomen naar het hotel, omdat de tram te onveilig voelde.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet enough for us - can hear people walking above, but that's same for just about any place, just come prepared with earplugs. An out of the way Inn. Very pleasant. We had a microwave and a small fridge. Some things to improve on but not a big deal - I don't like feather pillows, but I knew booking it that it couldn't be helped. I still slept well. Steep stairs are hard to carry large heavy luggage up and down, but they forewarn of this on their info. Bath towels are functional but thin.

The area felt unsafe. Staff at the hotel was not present after 5 pm. They had my reservation wrong. I had to call the emergency number because we were locked out as the key that was given to us was good for one day only. Our reservation was for two nights. I provided a proof of my reservation via email.
Customer service was poor.
