Service IMPECCABLE!’ Always a wonderful stay at the beautiful Pfister! Front desk stay was amazing! Housekeeping was very sweet, efficient and helpful. Loved Club floor staff as well!

The check in was seamless and the champagne was a nice touch. Everyone from the bartender in the lobby bar to the staff that delivered our room service were polite and professional. We enjoyed our room and will stay here again. Great location.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Incredibly gorgeous art collection and details to the building. Old money charm. The views from our king tower room were lovely. The pool views even better. Top tier customer service. Delicious food. Comfy beds. Honestly, you couldnt ask for more.

Always a perfect stay at the Pfister. Love it there and we’re very happy with the renovations. Only complaint is the sound in the spa treatments rooms. Speakers are blown out and very distracting.

I have stayed here many times but not since the renovations and even then it was a great stay! The Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we received an early check-in, food and beverage credit PLUS a room upgrade. The room was spectacular, The Pfister King Suite ... we hardly wanted to leave it. The history and overall vibe of this hotel is wonderful, plus a great lobby bar with several dining options on-site. We can't wait for our next stay and will be back.

I loved this historic property , you walk in they give you champagne , we went to the lounge had some drinks and had dinner at the restaurant , after that we walked around and went to a couple bars - the hotel was beautiful , i would definitely stay there again!

The Pfister is a classic place to stay with very convenient amenities and located well with restaurants, etc. I love the Spa services; top rate, reasonably priced (make sure you put in a reservation - they are busy). The staff seem happy - we see the same employees and it is A pleasure; what tells me the hotel is doing them right. Thank you. I look forward to our next stay at the Pfister! 😊

They had 5 star service from the second we walked in to the time we left four days later. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Every worker there is well trainees and they make sure to treat everyone as you are the most important guest in the entire hotel

The room was very nice and clean. The facilities are very good as well. We were somewhat disappointed that there was no music at the BLU on the 23rd floor as normal on Friday.
