We had a very nice stay here , very nice and friendly staff Would definitely stay again And good drink choices

The staff was really nice and helpful, very clean and upscale dinning and atmosphere. The room was excellent!!

When I booked this hotel I expected exceptional service and quality that comes with the Ritz Carlton name and brand. I had asked several times prior to arrival for a roll away bed to be placed in the room. Upon check in at the desk I was told a roll away would be in the room and watched the employee even write it down. I was told not to worry it would be in the room once it was ready. After waiting past 4:00 to get the room we went upstairs and still no roll away bed. After waiting a few minutes I called again and the gentleman that answered said it would be in the room In a few minutes and not to worry. Yet again no bed came. I called again before I left the room for dinner was told It would be in the room when I got back. Come back to the room two hours later and yet again no roll away. Now I call again before going out for the night and this time I’m told not to worry it will be there when we arrive back. Would you like a guess what wasn’t in the room when we arrived back for the night. No roll away! Now at this point where we are tired ready for bed I call again and told it will be up shortly. After waiting and waiting and waiting it was enough. We made a make shift bed with pillows and slept on the floor. Wow! What a great ritz Carlton experience. Sleeping on the floor! Next issue. Walking into the room for the first time the smell of marjuana was so potent and horrible. Upon asking house keeping several times for help nothing again was done to remove the smell. This

Magnificent hotel in the center of Cleveland. Outstanding views, friendly efficient service. Best chef in the midwest.

Hallways smell of smoke, unsavoury mall downstairs, probably the worst ritz you will ever stay in

Stayed at the Ritz Carlton Cleveland and took in the Cavs Warriors game. Fantastic place. All around.

Person at front desk was rude upon check-in. $700.00 room was dirty, dusty and had handprints all over the mirror and wine glasses. Asked to speak to a manager and there was no manager on duty. Left my cell number and name for the manager to call and it's been 3 days with no call. Give me a break.

First i have to say how wonderful the staff is at the hotel. Grace and Alice in the club lounge couldn't have been more helpful. And while there i met Darryl McGarity who is the director of sales and marketing. Although my wife and i were only there for a long weekend he was so kind to spend time with us and discuss area attractions. When I expressed my disappointment at not being able to make it to the local art museum he sent over a book to our room on the treasures of that museum. Truly unexpected and really above and beyond. The hotel restaurant, Turn was also a gem with an interesting menu and delicious food. Location is also excellent and the hotel is really an easy walk to just about anywhere downtown. And of course being a Ritz Carlton it goes without saying that the rooms and other facilities are first class.

The people we encountered at the hotel were great...but I received many communications prior to coming and requested a crib in the room. I received confirmation that it was all set...and then the room did not have one. It seems like they might have been a little off or short staffed the night we were there. That said, everyone we encountered was extremely nice. The rooms are different than the pictures-smaller, different furniture. The bathroom is really beautiful.
