Don’t let the pictures fool you. The new decor does nothing to hide the fact that this hotel is super outdated. Room was clean, uncomfortable bed and small shower. Wouldn’t stay again,

I loved everything but asked 3 separate times for a do not disturb sign. On the 3rd time they promised to put a note in for housekeeping to just know not to come AND THEN DID IT ANYWAY. Rudely awoken by loud frightening incessant knocking 8 am or so

The Wayback Hotel was a disappointment. My husband and I thought we were going to walk into a nice, new, luxury hotel. Wrong! There was a half inch size gap between the door, insects could get in. The wall paint was terrible. The sheets had dirty stains on them. The bathroom floor had cracks.

Iverall such a fun and great stay. Only bummer was we booked this place for the pool and yold our kids the entire way about the pool only to arrive while a wedding reception was going on in the pool area so that was a bummer. We did love our room and stay though!

The vibe was great. Loved the decor, it had an Island feel. The only issues we had was the floors in the room need professionally cleaned. The grout was very dirty in spots. The floor had a sticky feeling. You could see a man’s boot imprint on the floor. There were water spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room felt very humid and wet. I would definitely go back if these issues were resolved. Great location directly across from the island entrance. I felt like we were in the middle of everything. Close to the outlets and close to Dollywood.

Stopped through Pigeon Forge on way back home from vacation and this place was nice! Comfortable, inviting, clean.. I saw a review previously that mentioned being skeptical about the “motel layout” and honestly thought the same but honestly I have nothing to complain about

Obviously, this is an old motel that has been remodeled into a cute boutique hotel. It really is cute and in close proximity to the island and other activities. The bathroom was amazing and the bedroom was ok. It was so incredibly loud, not from activities happening outside or people walking up and down the street, but because the air conditioning units are so old and so loud. I also stayed in room 335 and it is the only room that is sort of in an indoor area of the motel. This means there was no natural light, the ice machine was directly outside my door, and it was so loud, and all of the other air conditioning units echoed in that space. I had the TV on volume 50 and couldn’t hear the words. It was quite an unpleasant experience, considering you paid to spend the night and sleep somewhere and you can’t sleep.

The man at the front desk was nice. Not overly friendly, but nice. The room looked ok at first but when we came back after eating dinner to go to bed, we discovered the shower was dirty and the sheets had clearly not been changed. There were crumbs and BLOOD on our sheets. When I called the front desk the lady answered and there was no- I’m sorry or anything. It was- you can change rooms or come get some new sheets. We were literally in our pajamas at this point so I asked if they could bring some clean sheets to us so we could get in bed as we were tired. She said well yeah we can but it could be 10 mins or it could be 30… you never know what could happen. REALLY. No Sign of giving a crap about the fact that there was literally BLOOD on our sheets. So my Husband put his clothes back on and went downstairs to get them and while he was gone another man came to bring more. Laughingly he said here ya go. Again… not one apology for the inconvenience. Probably won’t be staying again. And would not recommend due to the HORRIBLE customer service we received.

The style of the hotel was modern and really nice. The only issue I had was the floors in the room were really dirty. My socks were solid black after walking in there. I also wished the room had a microwave. Everything else was great!

This place is so unique and adorable. The room was super cozy and the decor was so artistic. The staff was above and beyond!! I highly recommend this hotel❤️

Convenient and had dining and cocktails on site. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean but the poolside bar was not open which was disappointing but overall stay was okay.

The hotel was nice, good location. We stayed because it was cheap and dog friendly. There is a $150 dog fee, which I didn’t realize when I booked it. I understand about the pet fee, our dog did not mess up anything. They did put three $100 holds on my credit card even though they told me upon check-in they were putting a $100 hold on my card. I’m fine with the one time hold, but not three at $100 a piece. When I asked during check-out she said they would come off except the pet fee. There were pool parties both nights we were there which were kind of loud, but we were in a room very close to the pool. I would say this is a hotel for younger people. Overall a good stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and didn’t have a smell, which is always a plus to me.
