Great staff, very convenient, clean and the beds were wonderful!! The best night’s sleep in 6 years!! Highly recommend!!

It would have been nice to know my vehicle wouldn't fit in parking. I had to go 3 blocks to park my truck, ive traveled quite a bit never has this been an issue.

I could attach the pictures I have of this place and the things I experienced while my first stay there. I brought it to their attention about the barking dog late last night, nothing was done about this. Then I come down in the morning to walk over multiple piles of dog poop. Again, brought to the managers attention and how did he handle that? He covered it up with a sign instead of having it picked up. I checked out 2 hours early because this experience was horrible, after highly recommending this as the place me and my finance stay. I’ll post my other reviews later

Good service

The Westin was in a great location with connected parking & easy check in process. Bigger/better/lit signage directing to the check in desk would be helpful as it’s on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy, connected via elevator to the hotel. I had checked in online & received a text several hours before check in time that my room was ready. On arrival, reception was quick & friendly and gave me a card for free appetizer at the also attached McCormick & Schmick steakhouse. The steakhouse menu is also available for room service. Elevators require your keycard before entering; room on the 5th floor was secure, spacious, clean & quiet. I opted to eat dinner at Jeff Ruby’s which is just across the street. Around the block is a commuter rail stop if you’re interested in utilizing that free service to get around the downtown area. I was attending an event at Heritage Bank Arena & took an uber due to rain. The Westin is definitely in walking distance to all the riverfront venues and after the show I opted to walk back, took about 15 minutes. Also around the block is Sleepy Bee cafe which was excellent for breakfast. If I ever stay in Cincinnati again this will be my go-to hotel. Perfect location for downtown events, close to great restaurants and public transport, clean & secure with great parking.

Staff was VERY nice and helpful. Food from room service was good. Bed was broken 😞

We had a show at the Arnoff Center, Easy walk from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There was construction in the hotel so the escalators weren't working but the elevators worked fine. They were just updated. Friendly staff at check-in. The little breakfast place on site and the Dunkin are closed on Sunday. Clean room. Nice view from the 14th floor!

Wverything was great. Only complaint which was no big, was the bathroom didnt have a vent fan.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I stayed for NYE weekend for a birthday and everything was seamless from the check in to the valet everybody was hospitable. Thank you to the 2 young ladies (morning) and night shift) who were polite and helpful. And to the young men who worked valet absolutely excellently

Older hotel but clean and in a great location hay is walkable to restaurants and the ballpark/stadium area. The only thing I would change is the bathroom. It was very small and dated. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and accommodating and for being an older property seems well taken care of.

Enjoyed the Fountain Square Ice Skating Rink Mckormick Restaurant was terrible

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel itself was a great place to stay.
