Nice bed and linens and staff was the only good about the hotel. No automatic door at the main entrance, just 2 man doors and a revolving door so hauling luggage through the front doors is a pain. I was on the 10th floor no water pressure in the shower. It snowed while we were there and they didn’t bother to shovel the walks. Mold on the bottom corner of the shower. Carpet in the room starting to come up. Really an outdated place. Thin walls as well.

The room and hotel itself was very clean. But the room was also very cold, even after turning the heat up as high as it could go. I wasnt even able to tske a hot shower. The was was barely luke warm.

Personally, I was really looking forward to staying at this property as it is a part of the Marriott chain. I initially had very high expectations as I had previously stayed at other Marriott locations. I was, however, very disappointed with the size of the refrigerator in the room and lack of a microwave. As our stay was four days long, these two items are essential. I was also not pleased to find leftover trash from the previous occupant. Not only was that an issue, but our toilet broke and I had to call somebody up to fix it. However, that person did not understand or speak English well. Although He was able to fix it after I showed him the problem. The WiFi kept kicking me off and our TV remote would randomly stop working. For the price of the room each night I had higher expectations. I’ve started at cheaper properties that were just plain better overall.

1/29/2025 8:00am The hotel is really nice, love the pool, the views of the mountains are beautiful from the rooms. The bad is that the 2 times I have been here i reserve a travel package(flight, hotel,auto rental) through a 3rd party (Expedia). Not sure how the system here at the The Westin Hotel is set up, or if its done by management as a form of insurance to cover themselves, but i walk in on arrival day, check in, everything goes great!! Next morning when I wake up, there is always a withdrawal for the full amount stay on my card!!! Even tho the trip, hotel has already been paid! So instead of me enjoying my coffee , enjoying the mountain view with my family, i have to be downstairs going back and forth with the people at the front desk. No apologie. Just a my Mgr went ahead and reverse it, we had to go into another system to see the the Expedia transaction. The first time they did this move to us they took all of our little extra spending money while on a 3day vacation. We had to change our diner plans, and destinations due to lack of funds. I asked if they would be willing to cover diner at their restaurant because of the inconvenience and trouble and I was offered 2 drink voucher. Please be careful when staying here at the westin hotel when on a budget and when booking through a 3rd party. To The Westin Hotel, please,please, please train your management and front desk associates on 3rd party booking, it becomes a huge inconvenience.

I liked the 24 hour fitness and the Hotel Restaurant food was very good.

Overall the room was excellent. The girl at the service desk was less than helpful she had a bad attitude when asked about a higher room with a view. Her customer service skills were less than pleasant. Otherwise beautiful hotel and comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Easy parking, friendly staff check in & excellent restaurant staff.

Great stay for business. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Good restaurant on location.

Overall it is a safe and quiet location. However access to front desk to request help when pool area was being made impossible to enjoy was not great. When reported to front desk nobody followed up.

This property was perfect for our family. It was clean, rooms were spacious and quiet. The lobby was grand and a nice area to hangout when not wanting to be in our room. Shopping and dining was walking distance which was convenient. Greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

It’s a nice hotel with great views. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced.
