시내 호텔로 시설은 좋은편 물소리가 밤새 나서 잠자기 어려움

The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean. They helped me find my key back and super supportive in everything. The only thing I don't like is about the elevator, which might be inconvenient for walking all the way down, especially for people with walking issues. But, overall, the place was very nice and amazing.

Stay classy Anchorage. To quote the great Ron Burgundy, our room “smelled of rich mahogany.” Great new renovation - very clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly.

The amazing staff of this hotel turned a flub into a bonus. Originally we were supposed to have a double room with two beds. We arrived at 9:00 PM and they were not available. The management adapted and gave us two king rooms. Excellent recovery. The design of the hotel is beautiful and feels Like a one of a kind and appropriate for Alaska with its warmth coming from the materials they use. Wood stone leather and textural fabrics complement each other. Comfortable beds and great sheets and pillows. Great food in the Crimson restaurant and great coffee in the room (Illy) and the Canteen. If there is a drawback it’s the layout. Long hallways put you far away from the lobby and for us that was not a problem but for some it might be. The location near the Alaska RR depot and downtown Anchorage’s east side was super convenient.

Substandard hotel.

Highly recommend. Modern decor, amenities, friendly staff, and clean.

The location is great and the rooms are so nice! The parking is down behind the building and to check in you have to walk up and around the building. It was dark when we arrived but it was still easy to figure out.

There was little storage in the room which was extremely noisy from street sounds. The shower leaked, the clock was not set, there were only two tissues in the box and only one half roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff was great but that was about it.

Great location in downtown Anchorage and nice remodel.

Fabulous location, staff and facility

Beautiful room and property. Very clean. Front desk service was variable - some staff very helpful and friendly, other less so. Very convenient location to train station and restaurants. Some noise from street. Will definitely go back.

Placed in room far back of hotel with super long walk to the elevator

The hotel was very comfortable and well renovated. It was still undergoing some renovations but that did not disrupt my stay.

I paid for a harbor view and got a horrible view of the building across the parking lot and construction. I believe they could've given me a better view but they didn't.

It was an excellent hotel . It exceeded our expectation. They just remodeled it, Clean, beautiful, convenient except parking. We were fortunate to stay there before the price had gone up. We tried to book again but they were sold out. If no . we could not afford anyway. If money isn’t an issue for you, I highly recommend it
