The bungalows are nice vintage on feel, beds are outstanding the shower has kept the original tub to the property with handle from less than impressive replacement hardware. The shower head is, well hard to describe. If you're a business traveler in the "room has no desk, no chair, so you'll need your laptop in your lap. It's a place in the Happy Camper section that you're there for fun, to unplug and enjoy the property and surroundings. The lobby bar uff is an oasis great drinks, relaxing, social fireplace to chill and wonder why you haven't been here before. The outside patio with fire pits and lounge chairs invite hours of conversation and staff are attentive. The selection of places to eat and hangout have distinct personalities each totally different. Overall this is an outstanding place to stay. The front desk can be less gen z in attitude and more professional, but management can struggle to groom the best that come through the door.. I'll be back..

Attended the LSS Conference. The conference amenities were clean and accommodating. Had a room at the Regency Tower, which was towards the back of the property. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Heated pool. Onsite eatery options was convenient. Would stay again, but at the other options outside the Regency Tower.

Beautiful property in a great location central to all attractions in San Diego. The staff was wonderful and friendly. My only issue with my stay is it was not quiet. You could hear the music playing in the lobby even in the rooms in the back. Likely not an issue for most but I like a quiet space to retreat to.

This our second time here last time the room was great with expectation of gap in front door noises from outside and inside can be heard clearly this from was trouble the bathroom needed painting the bathroom drain would full up when showering the tv screen would go in and out a gap in door as well I heard the people down hall doing the deed 😳the pool and outside areas are fabulous and employees are great but the rooms need work I stayed in both main tower and happy camper area

Dated property with super small and noisy rooms. Not the cleanest and in need of some repair. Staff was super friendly, though, and being such an old property, it has some cool history. Not in a great neighborhood, but easy driving distance to a big mall, and downtown and all is a ten minute drive.

rooms need to be updated. ridiculous resort fee and parking fee adds another close to $70 per day. restaurant closed both nights. only one other dining option which was inadequate.
