I liked the full kitchen in the room and large TV....

The personal ate the facility were awesome. It was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Rust on bathroom vanity the fire alarm was set off some one smoking pot in the hotel fire and police showed up what a inconvenience

Amazing service & accommodations! Room was very clean & bed was comfortable.

Was told when I booked this trip it was close to bowling center where tournament was being held. It was ten miles away.

Everything was great. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful.

My first night at the hotel was unpleasant; the room smelled like a dog, and the air conditioning wouldn't turn off. I called the front desk, and while the staff was nice and came to help, the AC issue persisted. Reluctantly, I stayed another night to avoid the hassle of finding a new place. Eventually, I checked out and moved to another hotel where the customer service was excellent, but I soon left because my room lacked a stove. As someone who loves to cook, this was a deal-breaker. I decided to return to the Townplace Hotel, hoping for a better experience. I checked into room 127 and wanted to ensure the stove worked before unpacking, so I went to Walmart to buy ingredients. Unfortunately, the stove was not operational. After cleaning my chicken, I was forced to use a rice cooker. The manager offered to transfer me to another room after I had prepared my meat, yet there was no apology for the inconvenience. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. The fire pit area was a nice touch and great area to interact with other guests. We had to leave early so we missed breakfast but there were snacks sitting out that we were able to take with us. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, big room!! Only negative was the bridge to get into Baton Rouge was very busy.

Booked my stay with this facility 5 weeks in advanced. called them to make sure they could accommodate the request, and they said it would not be a problem. After arrival we found out they give the room to another person. This room handicapped with roll in shower was the only room to accommodate the handicap needs. They offered a room with handicapped tub, but my wife cannot lift her legs to get in the tub. So I was left trying to find a room with a lot of events going on in the area. And on top of this they gave a room with no handicap accessories and expected me to stay in there. Worst place I have ever stayed and will not book another Marriot owned facility.

Great experience, cozy bed and pillows! It even had a small kitchen space it was nice and very clean, the staff was polite and helpful!!

Totally worth its value. The property was clean. The staff was welcoming and polite. The service was amazing. Would go back in a heart beat if I ever visit the area again.
