Towels and shower perfect. Nice kitchen. Bed good. The only issue was a loud rumbling noise periodically like water or trash coming down a chute right by the bed. Very loud but brief.

Hyggelig hotell med smilende og vennlig betjening. Flott, stort rom med delikat bad, lite kjøkken, oppvaskmaskin, mikro, kokeplate og kjøl/frys. Enkel men grei frokost i hyggelige omgivelser. Man er avhengig av bil/taxi/Uber for å komme til inn til sentrum, outlets, Disney World og flyplass, ca 20 min avstand.

The staff were incredibly nice! Location was very convenient for me. But, when I left the do not disturb card off the door, the room was not tended to. After asking for the service, they came in the afternoon and never cleaned. They did leave fresh towels and took the trash, but the bathroom was left dirty.

Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Made us feel appreciated. Housekeeping, front desk and bartender Tori should hold classes in customer service for other hotels. Made a dreaded stay as pleasant as possible while fleeing from hurricane Milton. Will definitely be back.

I loved our stay at this hotel. It was a family trip to drop my child off to college. The unit was spacious for our family. The staff was excellent. I would stay there again.
