I can hear for Geek Fest happening at the Arena! It was convenient as it was right by the Arena (like a 4 minute walk). The staff let me check in even though our room wasn’t ready yet, so we were speedy move in process when we were done with the festivities for the day. Staff is nice and efficient at their job!

I was to the concert at the Arena, very convenient location. Excellent clean hotel.
My room didn’t be ready at my arrival but the Maria's willingness and her hard work made my room ready on time. Many thanks

This motel is amazing! My family and I stay here often and have never had any problems. The staff is incredibly friendly and even gave my son an upgraded room for his birthday. I will not stay anywhere else in Everett.

The structure is kinda old, so it was noisy because of the road nearby. First the reception gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and it was not a nice sight.
Otherwise it was a king size bed which was very comfortable.

I noticed on our second night that the door didnt fully shut (without essentially body slamming it) which means the door wasnt able to lock for the majority of our stay. When I brought this up to the front desk person, he told me I should have said something earlier. I agreed that if I had known I absolutely would have asked them to fix it, but since I found out at nearly 2AM the morning we were leaving I was just left feelimg scared and feeling a little violated. He didnt really seem to care.
The room also had dust, gnats, and the smell of mold in the bathroom. Over all not a good stay.

The property is old and in need of renovation. The amenities were average (coffee maker, mini refrigerator). The motel is located on a busy street and street corner, so there was a lot of traffic noise. The shower was dark and the bathroom was small.

There is no sound protection from other rooms or outside, so we got no sleep from all the noises. Beds were uncomfortable. No couch in room as stated and pictured. Located in poor neighborhood. Had to request the room to be cleaned up fresh towels multiple times.

The only thing that i wish these rooms had was sound proofing from the traffic outside on Broadway.. it can be kind of noisy throughout the night.

Very basic. No place to hang clothes. Shower was big enough for 4. Water pressure was enough for 1/2 a body.

Amazing for the price. Building is old but the rooms are updated. It only has a standing shower. Management was really accommodating as I booked through a 3rd party and there were issues with my reservation. Management worked with tge 3rd party and got me my rooms. I only stayed one night, but I did notice that there are plenty of restaurants walking distant from the hotel. The parking lot is small, but easy access from the main road and well lit. Most room overlooks the parking lot so you can easily see your car from your room. Rooms are spacious. Beds are memory foam (at least our room was).

We checked it at 9pm. It was obvious the heat had not been used for a while and it was not on when we got there, even though I had put a 5pm check in time. The room looked nothing like the website showed. We requested two beds. The second bed was in a separate room and had no heat source. We turned the heat on. I slept in my clothes and coat until midnight, when the room started to warm up. The second space never did get warm. We left at 5am. The room was still barely warm.
