Good

Poor service and attitude by certain staff members. Staff seems distrusting of their guests. Poor amenities. I felt as if I they were doing me a favor by their conduct and dealings with me.

Didn’t like the motel at all. Needed to be updated

Overnight stay decent room

The place was dirty and had holes in the walls. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and our microwave wasn’t working so I told the front desk and the guy yelled at me for not telling them sooner meanwhile I just entered the room

There was no hot water in the shower and pretty sure a cockroach ran across the floor in the morning. I will not return.

There were bugs and roaches in the bathroom and bath tub crawling around!!

At night it is difficult to sleep because the garbage truck comes to collect the waste from the hotel and it is an unsafe hotel.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that it did not match the glossy pictures advertised. The room was filthy, with blankets that were riddled with cigarette holes, and the overall atmosphere felt alarmingly unsafe. Then, in the dead of night at 1 AM, our toilet erupted with a torrent of water, flooding the floor. We rushed to the lobby in a panic, only to be met with indifference. The staff refused to offer any help—no refund, no room change, not even a few extra towels to clean up the mess. The chaos was left unattended, a glaring testament to their negligence. It makes me wonder if the rooms are cleaned at all. This was truly a distressing experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Aún teniendo reserva hecha, no me dieron la habitación, les pregunté el porqué y solo me dijeron que no hay, después les dije que me cancelaran ellos la reserva porque a mí ya no me dejaba cancelar, y tampoco me lo hicieron tuve que pagar 300$, por nada

Its 4 star good property. Its old but everything worked well.

Rooms not too clean and very smoky

Roaches. Run down. But a nice rin down place. Great staff. Fast food and shopping.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned and there were areas of the ceiling where the spackle was showing

Not clean and too expensive

It served its purpose..just to have somewhere to sleep for one night but it lacks so many amenities that we are used to. There’s no hair dryer. The parking area is too bumpy and had some clutter/trash. It’s really just a travel lodge, good for a one night stop but not for multiple nights.
