The hotel itself was great. About 11:30 at night a guest come to the room next to mine and started slamming doors. I mean slamming them. Then he left, only to return an hour later and started slamming them again. Then he proceeded to make loud banging noises in the room for 30 min. I thought he was hanging up pictures. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well. Not the hotel's fault, but some people. Remember folks, if you arrive at a hotel late, do everything you can to be quiet. Close the doors gently, walk softly, be courteous as people are trying to sleep.

Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Room did not have a microwave or closet. I specifically choose hotels with laundry facilities because my daughter is participating in sports tournaments. When asking where the laundry facilities are the person at the desk told me they don’t have any before I could get my entire sentence out. In my opinion this hotel is not worth $204 because of all the corners they cut.

Checkin was not great the lady at the front desk was very rude. No customer service skills she was more worried about playing on her phone. The rest of the stay was great! Very comfortable beds, amazing shower and a great breakfast.

Had to leave as no hot water…believe a few guests did. No fault of the front desk at all. I don’t know if she was irritated due to people checking out (again no fault to her) but her attitude wasn’t good. Also, DO NOT ask for an extra towel. When I did she asked multiple questions about why I needed 1 extra hand towel; I told her never mind as they were ‘too serious over 1 extra towel’ requested. Her response was she was trying to understand why I needed an extra towel. She eventually gave me one (with attitude) but I think she had to log that in somewhere. I took pics of towels in room before we checked out to find a hotel with hot water…didn’t want them charging me for a random towel. That was a wild experience. On to the Hyatt…

When the Hotel ran out of breakfast at 9.30 am the staff mentioned its company policy not to replenish food. After some deliberation the scrambled egg was refilled but they ran out of everything else.

I definitely do not recommend a stay at this specific hotel. I arrived late at night and was tired from travels and went straight to bed. In the morning I noticed a large brown stain on the sheets (they obviously did not change them or wash, GROSS!) When I called the front desk to have a clean one sent up to my room, she told me to go donwstairs and get it myself since she was the only one working in the entire hotel. Which doesnt make sense, it was a Saturday filled with guests. They should have staff working. I have never been told to go and get something myself from the front desk at any hotel Ive ever stayed at. The bathroom shower had little hairs on the floor (again not cleaned properly).

Entrando a la habitación 410 salió una cucaracha enorme por la pared, le tomamos video, casi toca mis bolsas de compras, nos dio mucho asco, pero era muy tarde para conseguir otro hotel, nos cambiaron de habitación a la 107 El desayuno muy malo, poco antes de las 9,30 bajamos unas 4 familias y nos dijeron que era muy tarde para poner más harina de hotcakes, solo tostamos pan con mantequilla, siendo que faltaban 30 min del horario del desayuno Las de recepción nada amables o empaticas En Austin nos quedamos en uno igual por eso lo elegimos y por la calificación

the hostess was rude when we arrived literally did not say a word to me...i had to make her talk to me. unbeliavble....good thing they have security cameras or no one would be me. the room was dirty previous guest belonging were still in bathroom. Moved to different room the hostess seemed put off the entire time. The maids were the only ones that were cordial. Would not recommend at all. I have never ever left a bad review in my many years using Hotels.com but i had no choice...we were attending Texas A&M gradution...

The night worker acted like i was bothering her when i was checking in. I had a couple of questions and she seemed upset that i was asking her anything. The stay came with a breakfast but they didnt have much and the main thing was the pancake machine but it was broken

Beginning in the entrance you can see signs of wear and tear around. We got there around 2 and footstools or seats were on the tables. The front lady was just sitting there so honestly she could have put them down. The elevator clearly needed a wipe down and the floors needed to be vacuumed leading up to the room. Our room itself needed a clean and wipe down. There was still hair ties from the previous guests in there and the batteries to the remote were dying. I could hear the guests next to us all night as well. Overall I don’t think it’s somewhere I would recommend
