뉴욕에서 나이아가라로 가기위해 잠시 거쳐가는 곳이라 저렴한 호텔을 예약했는데 가격 그 이상이였음 직원들도 너무 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 너무 깨끗하고 다 새제품인 느낌?? 로비에서 온갖 먹을것도 다 팔고 물이나 커피 얼음은 프리라서 걱정없었고 밤 늦기 도착한지라 한국에서 가져간 인스턴트랑 라면을 로비에 있는 전자레인지에 돌려먹고 아주 편했음! 특히 조식이 꽁짜인거치고 진짜 맛있고 종류가 많았음 와이파이 조식 주차 모든것이 무료임 추천함!

Great place to stay if you have kids. They have a game area and lots of space to relax in the lobby. The rooms are spacious for a hotel room with storage the your things. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth and painless. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was great, but when I called to see if they had coin laundry or a pool, I was told yes all properties have them. When I asked they said they had neither. The pool wasn’t necessary but the coin operated washer was.

On one night there was a loud party on our floor, I called down to front desk with no response. Got dressed and went to front desk, no one there to address my concern. This was after midnight

Schöne große Zimmer. Die Turnhalle im Haus ist sehr gut und hat uns viel Spaß gemacht.

Property was clean. The room was clean. The check in was fast and easy. Staff was great!

Very minimalist. Stayed many years at this property but think we need drawers and a bit ‘more’.

I had requested a handicap accessible room. The room was located on the fourth floor! If there had been an emergency which made the elevators unusable, I would have been trapped on the fourth floor. The room had two double beds so could sleep four people but only one chair! The bath had grab bars but no bench and was very slick. The room was cleaned one day and not touched the next. We were there three nights and two of those nights we had to go back down to the desk to get the key reset. Was told this happens and nothing they could do. The room was not worth the amount they charged.

The location is convenient, plenty of places around. Clean, bright. However, upon arrival the entire lobby smelled like marijuana and I’m fairly confident that the front desk clerk was high. Not a great impression.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and the morning breakfast was good. Front desk staff was missing at times and not very friendly.

It was an overall decent stay. Tru always has nice amenities. Our duvet cover was slightly stained, and my bedside lamp on one side of the bed did not work. But those are my only complaints.

Only problem was that we found it difficult to get the air temperature down to a comfortable level for sleeping.

We stayed one night to attend a concert. It was convenient, clean and comfortable at a reasonable price

Functional and efficient use of space and plenty of outlets in the room. Lots of comfortable seating in the common area. Great breakfast! Will stay again.

Needed to stay for a baseball tournament in Auburn. We didnt want to stay where all of the teams were staying so we stayed a little outside of town. This hotel was comfortable, and a good stay for the price. Breakfast and amenities were nice. Would stay again in this hotel chain

This hotel is always fun for the kids, usually there for soccer. It’s clean, and very nice.
