화려한 로비, 깔끔한 객실, 친절한 직원, 편리한 위치 등 부족한 것이 없는 호텔이었습니다. 호텔이 너무 맘에 들어서 밖에 별로 안 나가고 싶었어요. 체크인과 아웃할 때 아이 선물도 두 번 챙겨주시고, 로비나 복도에서 마주치는 직원마다 반갑게 인사하는 등 직원들의 서비스 정신이 돋보였습니다. 매일 턴다운 서비스, 에비앙 두 병 제공되었고. In room dining으로 이용한 식사도 맛있었습니다. 워싱턴 dc 가시는 분께 강추합니다~

Excellent team and service was outstanding. Warm and welcoming environment for the holidays.

The property is gorgeous and the staff was very attentive and pleasant.The food was not great. The lobster roll is terrible. It appears to be sautéed with so many spices and pumpkin seeds that that lobster could have been a tofu substitute and we would have hardly known the difference. The breakfast arrived cold due to the difficulty that they have getting the food from the basement kitchen onto a busy elevator. (Explanation we received.). Seems to me that they need a better system.

O hotel é monumental. Com certeza é o melhor da cidade. A melhor localização e tudo é lindo nesta propriedade. O único pecado é não dispor de muitos lugares no lobby para os hóspedes sentarem e relaxarem, sem que estejam consumindo nos restaurantes com reserva antecipada e também não haver uma área confortável com cadeiras para fumantes. O restante é perfeito. Deslumbrante e extremamente confortável. Nota 10!

An overpriced hotel with rushed service

Beautiful hotel! Staff is courteous and efficient. Room is wonderful. Atmosphere is spectacular. Far and away the best hotel experience in my 64 years on Earth.

Honestly one of the nicest and friendliest hotels I have visited. The property is gorgeous and spotless. The lobby is decorated seasonally. We got to enjoy a beautiful fall theme with a harpist (playing some fun modern tunes also) in the lobby. We ate two meals and dessert in the lobby bar Peacock Alley. The food was exceptional. Very fresh ingredients prepared beautifully. This was a local one night trip for us for fun and even though we were only away for one night, it really felt like a break. The entire staff of reception, valet, bell stand, restaurant were all kind and helpful without fail. They truly wanted us to have a nice time and it showed. Thank you all.

The room was beautiful and quiet. A little street noise but the property was so centrally located, I was surprised there wasn’t more street noise. I would stay here again in an instant.

Amazing lobby bar!

Excellent hotel. 5 stars , posh and clean. Although very old building, it is maintained, renovated and kept as new. Lobby is fantastic and we just chilled there for coffee and ambience. Worth the stay and more.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent location, 15 minute walk to the White house, 2 blocks away from the Smithsonian museums. The hotel was perfection, highly impressed. Quiet, elegant, staff was friendly and professional. Food was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Two thumbs up, highly recommend. I would return.
