We were greeted pleasantly by the hotel clerk Seanloui. He helped us with parking and was extremely welcoming. We will be coming back again and hopefully try out the pool & restaurant on site. The view from our room was excellent and it made our trip better!!

The construction was happening as early as 8am, when the flier said only in the afternoon. But other than that, we loved it. The view was fantastic from our room!

I have stayed many times at The Warwick, but it has been a minute or maybe a minute and a half, not two since my last visit to a place that has been one of my favorites. Less convenient now that they have closed The CVS across the street from the hotel, and they didn’t offer me a breakfast like they usually do, perk of gold status on here, or thing they just used to include, but no longer do, boohoo. The concierge dude helped me out kindly with a cable I forgot to bring in my luggage and that was helpful, thanks man. Other than that I think they may have overcharged me for the room, or hit me with fees that I am not understanding possibly, annoying maybe, but I still luhv eww.

It’s a great hotel stay for family with kids. My kids loved the pool.

Very pleasant stay

That everything is walking distance, and has a beautiful view.

Location was fabulous and we didn't have to use our car during our stay at all. However, housekeeping left the door to our room propped open and anyone could have walked in and taken our belongings. When we tried to call the front desk they just said they would mention it to housekeeping and said they couldn't do anything about it.

The stay was okay. Enjoyed the pool although the hot tub was full of brown foam. Tub wouldn’t drain and there was no hot water, so to airport without a shower. We only got our $30 resort fee waived. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone else.

Over all the stay was fine probably not stay here again only due to the location

The Warwick is the best all around hotel in Seattle. I have been staying here regularly over the last 20 years and every time exceeds all of my expectations. This was a 3 night and very special stay as it was to celebrate my 50th birthday. The location is close to everything and walking distance to so many great restaurants, shopping and attractions like Pike Street Market. The hotel is classic luxury and so clean and comfortable. These are all great but what truly makes this hotel stand out is the management and staff. Every single one of them I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing, fun and most memorable. The manager Les was so generous and accommodating and the front desk staff included every courtesy including a safe walk home check in option as I was out late on one of the evenings that I stayed. The parking staff were efficient and the cleaning staff did an immaculate job with every convenience found in the room and restocked daily. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have had in a very long time. I will always stay the Warwick when in Seattle and will recommend to anyone that wants a standout hotel experience.

The only negative would be that the room stated that it came with a soaker tub and it only had a standup shower and the bathroom was pretty small for an executive king size room
