We had a very nice stay at West Bay Inn

Great location and very good old style motel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at West Beach Inn. The grounds were well cared for and the property was clean and quiet. The location was excellent - close to Stearns Wharf and the beach - and right around the corner from downtown Santa Barbara. I would definitely stay here again.

I love this property! It’s beautiful, comfortable & staff are super friendly.

So much fun! Loved the pool and jacuzzi they were so clean, also loved the wine and cheese! The pillow were also so comfy. We can’t wait to be back!!

A well kept older property right in the middle of the harbor activity. Loved the pool and hot tub area.

bathrooms are too small

I’ve been here twice now, three different rooms after switching last time. my favorite place to stay in sb. It’s a cozy setting once you’re ensconced in the place. Boutique hotel I’d say.Rooms are clean and stylish in a homey sort way not the soulless decor that is almost always the case elsewhere though Santa Barbara unusually tasteful in that department. Definitely a great value when you consider the perfect location right on the waterfront with a short walk to restaurants including a very nice Italian place right next door. Same beach you could easily pay 4x more for those big impersonal resorts at the other end not to mention the endless additional fleecing you get at those places. I can afford to stay at those places but choose not to. A few things to note. On the upper level the rooms facing the water don’t have lounge chairs outside the others do. One of the expensive room options on the second floor(with balcony) is facing the busy street and some might not like the traffic noise. It was a terrific room though. Also one probably very cheap one I staying in last time is for a reason -right beside the driveway as you pull in and you’d not want to leave your curtains open. Room was a nice as the others though. One thing I wish more hotels had including this one would be a comfy lounge chair in the room. The premium rooms did however. Just an honest very nice place great value.

Staff was cery helpful and friendly. Places were walkable and safe.

Close to State Street. Nice accommodations. Hot tub was great. Good breakfast and happy hour. Would stay again.

Wonderful small motel experience. Nice location across from the water. Staff were very friendly and helpful (mom and pop like business). The experience is different from staying at a modern chain resort, much more laid back. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes.

Mysigt inn som ligger på perfekt gångavstånd från både stranden och state street med affärer och restauranger. Väldigt trevlig personal och bra rum. Fräscht badrum, bra och rymligt rum. Bra parkering som ingick!

Great location with parring on the property. Downside, there was a funky smell in the bathroom. Could not control the AC, it was either on or off.
