Booked hotel for the water park that was advertised and it was closed.. ruined are 7 year olds birthday.

Great place to be. I stay here when I work at ESPN and would choose no other place!

This wasn’t what inspected. The pictures are very deceiving because things look newer, bigger, more fun etc than what it was. Also the amenities such as mini golf etc are an extra cost, in addition to the resort fee. The pools are also very small. Not what I expected.

I got swindled. Showed up to property. Very underwhelming. Room was booked via Expedia, I didn’t know is was a room outside of someone’s condo and they were very loud. I checked out after the first night and took my family home. I was charged for the entire stay. No adjustments were made. Very poor customer service from the property and Expedia. I feel like I got dipped and by the look on the face of the other guests they did too. Do not use Expedia or Westgate Vacation Villas.

The only thing that I was not too fond of was the water pressure and the hot water. The water pressure was absolutely terrible and with the water being hot it wasn’t. The water wasn’t even like warm

The bell service for golf carts was unreliable. If your building was far it was inconvenient with kids to walk so far.

Primeiramente, nós colocaram num quarto que não condizia com a foto do anúncio (não tinha lavadora e secadora e nem banheira grande). O colchão do bicama era impossível de qualquer criança dormir, podiam-se sentir as molas nas costas, causando muita dor. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e depois uma tarde toda esperando, fomos atendidos e nos deram um quarto melhor, mas cheio de baratas, abríamos a lava louça e havia baratas andando lá dentro. Nojento. No mais, no anúncio diria que era possível usar as piscinas mas isso não é verdade, I uso custa 25 dólares por pessoa por dia, além do pagamento da taxa de resort que é de 34 dólares por dia. Um completo absurdo!!

I love the way they provide amenities for all ages. It is a great getaway for the entire family.

We arrived late after driving from Maine, 10:30 PM. We got to room at 11PM and there was a cockroach in the bathtub, there was also dust everywhere as of the room hadn’t been used in a while so my allergies and congestion were insane. We called to have the cockroach taken care of, waited 29 minutes, called they said oh we thought someone came. Another 20 minutes pass, called again. Again they said someone was coming. Midnight came and I told them my 10 YO and I couldn’t wait up any longer and we agreed to a 9AM visit. No one came. A woman called at 9:01 asking us to join them for a free breakfast and we would get a gift card after. We attended, did not get a gift card because we didn’t qualify but having my husband there- bizarre. I asked them to send someone for the cockroach. No one came. After (with zero exaggeration) 4 more calls and MUCH wasted waiting time someone finally came while we were gone to remove the cockroach. This took a day and a half. We aren’t familiar with cockroaches where we are from. I truly would have appreciated them offering us a credit/voucher toward future stay to try this property again, given the fact that we paid more much more than the typical pricing they offer for stays in which guests attend the meeting that we still attended. Nothing at all was offered to improve our view of the property for future stay. My daughter selected this place for her 10th birthday trip (our first girls trip and her first time choosing a vacation spot).

It was amazing, only I didn’t like was feeling forced to sit through timeshare/property ownership presentation.

This was my second time staying at this property and it was Beautiful as always. It’s clean, quiet, peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Clean friendly and good amenities

The pools were heated so the kids had a great time. All the buildings were close and they had lots of activities included that the kids loved.

It is a good place with quiet time $ plenty of parking. Customer service is very prompt.

Very friendly guests and staff. Was very disappointed in the first room they gave us with a patio door that was open and couldn’t be closed no matter how much force applied, the stove door was bent and also couldn’t be closed. We were told our room was on the first floor and when arrived at the building we found we were in the second floor. Went to front desk and the staff quickly moved us which was great. Second room was much better. Until we found out no wifi. Called front desk and they transferred us to IT dept. IT is of no help told us to just use phone data. Couple days into our stay we decided to wash some clothes. Washer was great dryer could be heard outside our front door. The pros of Westgate are 14 pools which are amazing and we were there for New Year’s Eve and they had a massive fireworks show which was beautiful. Con’s I had some work to do while there and cell service does not work very well in rooms so had to do it outside sitting in rental car. We travel to Orlando area 1-2 times per year. This resort was a bit of a let down. It was much better 10 years ago. Will be going back to other places we have stayed. It’s to bad because it could be much better then most others
