nice hotel for family planning to visit Legoland It was easy to check-in and park my car

시설은 깨끗하고 편하고 수영장이 슬라이드도 있어서 아이들 놀기딱 좋은시설임.그러나 호텔직원들의 오류로 지불완료된 금액이 승인이나 의견도 묻지않고 맘대로 카드를 자꾸 승인해서 불쾌함.따지니 호텔스닷컴서 예약어카운트 확인하라 자기네는 지불이 안돼서 호텔비 받아야한다길래 그럼 호텔스닷컴서 안들어와서 호텔비 받았다는 확인과 사인하라 했더니 그때서야 윗사람과 얘기하더니 호텔스닷컴과 자기네가 알아서 하겠다함.새벽에 자는데 식사비 분할승인하는등 미심쩍은 승인이 자꾸 생겨 기분이 나쁜 호텔이되었음.그러나 시설면으로는 깨끗하고 좋음.

Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool since someone had an accident (poop) in the pool. We appreciate the Westin accommodating us by letting us use the pool at the Sheraton and Mar Brisa. I loved the restaurant! Great food and drinks but not kid friendly. Our basic room was roomy and very comfortable.

Long wait to check-in. Had room on first floor which was noisy. Bed was horrible - mattress was worn out and hard. Noisy people in the room above us as well. Upon checkout we were given a credit for parking as compensation.

Everything including staff was first rate. Only complaint is that elevator in Building 1 desperately needs to be serviced.

As such the front desk should have the ability to explain to me how to check out sooner - rather than 'you booked with an intermediary - we have nothing to offer to help! They need to be equipped with the phone number for the 'chain desk' at Expedia. Ends up I wasted over one hour to shorten my stay by a day

Unfortunately a disappointing experience at this Westin property- yellowjackets (dead) accumulated around the spa, as well as used bandaids carelessly left by staff for 2 days. In a post-Covid world, it was disgusting and unacceptable for a Westin property. Shoutout to the excellent housekeeping staff and gold-standard morning barista!

Overall experience was good. We visited during not so great weather, so didn't get to enjoy much of amenities. The Westin team's business operations & logistics didn’t seem very organized. When I checked out at noon, I have asked them to use the dinning/drink credit the hotel offered at the check in to be used for final balance. A young crew confirmed it has been applied and I will be getting receipt in email despite my gesture to get a print out. I then got a call from hotel around 2pm telling me Westin Carlsbad will charge me for the late check out. The hotel didn’t even know that I checked out. I explained I am checked out and in LA when they called. After checking emails, as they sent 3 different version of receipts, none of them were accurate and no dinning credit was applied. I wrote them back to explain, but it was send only email from Westin so it got bounced. I left it alone as the amount, compare to over $1000 I paid for two nights, wasn't worth going through all the explanation. Overall good resort vibe hotel, but they have some poorly trained staff thst do not coordinate well among themselves and with customers.

Property is nice but rooms seem a little dated . Short walk to Lego Land . Biggest issues were rust stain in shower, elevator seems like it will break soon . Walls are so thin the neighbors liked to have full conversations in the hall at 1030 at night while sleeping . Was expecting a bigger room and nicer accommodations for the price per night they charge . Staff was great and so was the breakfast .

Best stay I’ve had with my kids by far! Private walk to Legoland was the best, and really enjoyed the pool and service. Staff was courteous and amazing!
