My stay was great I pulled off the highway to catch the NFL playoff games ! Man I picked a great location this hotel was nice , staff was super friendly and the place smelled divine throughout the entire hotel . Great customer service overall great stay ! Nice restaurants in the area too ! Convenience all around

The room key didn’t work after the first few times we used it and the staff had to let us in each time thereafter during our two day stay, which was an inconvenience. Sounds carried through from the adjoining room and the shower curtain was covered in long black hairs (I’m talking about many, not just one or two.).

Used toiled scrub brush in the hallway in front of our rooms when we checked in. Room key system didn’t work our entire stay, so we had to wait for the one staff person to walk us to our room to let us in. The room smelled of smoke. Due to booking through a third party, no offer of discount for inconvenience

I recently stayed at the Wingate in Goodlettsville, TN, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Even before my trip, I called to ask some simple questions, and the staff’s response made me feel like I was a bother. That should have been my first red flag, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt—something I now regret.
When I arrived, the hotel had a terrible smell that hit me as soon as I walked in, making me instantly regret choosing this place. Once I checked into my room, the issues only escalated.
The shower dripped nonstop, and when I turned it on, water sprayed out the side, soaking the bathroom floor and creating a dangerously slippery surface. I almost fell at one point. The toilet was also leaking and wouldn’t stop running after flushing, which was both noisy and wasteful.
I asked to switch rooms multiple times, but I was repeatedly told there were no rooms available. Only after speaking with the manager on my third night was I finally allowed to change rooms. By that time, the damage was already done, and my experience was completely ruined.
Between the bad smell, unhelpful staff, and lack of proper maintenance, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose somewhere else to stay.

Was nice room but the hallway on the 3rd floor had tooooo much air freshener I had to move quick to elevator - as it was triggering my asthma. We decided to leave early because of it .

The room was comfortable and meticulously clean which is 80% of the battle right there. Though there were a few maintenance issues (leaky tub, and one of those sliding doors on the bathroom that’s always going off track). Still a spectacular value so I can hardly say I was disappointed.

Property in sad shape. The front desk clerk was not friendly and stated at his phone and texted during check in. Only one door was able to be used to come into property so with the limited parking had to walk all the way around the building to get to the door. People were sleeping in their cars and when that was mentioned the clerk said yea they know. Don’t get me started on the mess they call breakfast. The room was a joke. Asked for extra blankets and we were refused. No fan in the bathroom so you can
Imagine the fresh aroma that filled the room. There was what looked like koolaid stains all over the walls when we first came in the room. The night “security lock for the room had strip screws so a stiff breeze would push that open.There was a tiny window, but the entire wall was covered in a curtain for the appearance of a large window. Beds were ok. Overall if this is all you can afford it is ok. Don’t waste your money if you can afford better. It’s sad that Wyndam allows their name to be attached to a place like this.

Didn't like that the bathroom faced the beds! and had a barn door type door! Room was small and cramped for 2 queen beds. No where to put a 2nd suitcase. No TV remote in the room, which we reported. No luggage rack in the closet
