Wingate by Wyndham Shreveport Airport

The lobby as you walk in! A wall of marijuana smoke/smell hit us all at once. It was nauseating and overwhelming. The room was not cleaned very well, even the bathroom floor was dirty. Not staying here again - EVER!

Refrigerator needs replacing; Trash should be picked up daily; no ice bucket in room; . . .

Service was great from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Very good hospitality. Breakfast was decent. Everything else was good.

Went up to room and it had 2 twin beds instead of 1 king size bed. Went back down and front desk said that’s all they had. Room was last updated in the 1980’s, shower didn’t work, everything broken or worn out in the room, sanitation questionable. Just stay somewhere else. This place is terrible.

I sent our workers here to stay for a job we had in the area and everything was nice. Check in was fast and smooth and rooms are very clean! We will be back! Thank you

Hotel had roaches and was charged fees without my knowledge. Ceiling had a bunch of mold and the bath tub was dirty. Carpet had nasty red stains on it as well. Customer service was horrible. Person at the desk act as if she was sleep and the person the next day was just plain rude.

Close to airport, Walmart, and fast food dining options. Room and property were clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel room was not clean and the bed was tiny. The pillows were also very uncomfortable.

I booked this for the shuttle service and it does not operate until 7am. It cost me 30$ for an uber.

Horrible. Smelled like marijuana. Super dirty. Loud. My door was propped open when I arrived. Do not recommend.

Very spacious and clean

Walking in, we were apprached by panhandler. We paid for a king size bed, but were given a room witb double beds and told there was no king size beds available. The room had an area of cat pee on the rug. The room phone did not work. There were no do not disturb sizes available to use. Check out was at noon, but at 9 am housekeeping tried to walk in without knocking. When asked to speak with a manager, was told have to wait 24 hours then call back

Great property and we had a pleasant stay!!

I stay here usually once a month for work and I have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast is good. Thanks Wingate!
