No running water in the bathroom sink n the second night. Room has a strong chemical odor

You get what you pay for. Quiet, clean. Just enough for a night of rest.

The only big issue I had staying here was housekeeping waking me up at 10am by banging on my door and trying to come in despite the door being locked, so she could “confirm that I was checking out today” even though I had already confirmed that with the front desk the day before. I was staying alone so it scared the mess out of me before I realized what was going on. Definitely could’ve went about that differently or at least waited until closer to checkout time. Other than that the stay was fine, the front desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms could use some updating but it’s a nice stay for the price.

Could stand to have better pest control company

I did not like the owner making me say my prayers before I got the room that should be my choice the room was clean the service was excellent.

It felt like a very seedy dumpy place. I was afraid of coming home with a rash or bedbegs.

This has been the worst place I’ve stayed since visiting Virginia. There were bugs in the room, key card readers were down. It was just bad. Won’t be staying here again.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty, and unbelievably, they had no key for the door, leaving it open before our arrival. After a 14-hour flight, we checked in at 11:20 PM, only to find the bathroom filthy. I had to request cleaning supplies to clean it myself because we were too exhausted to deal with the hassle of complaining or changing rooms. The refrigerator was dirty, and the floors felt as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks—sticky and grimy to the touch. To make matters worse, an exit sign outside our room beeped all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The hallways were filthy and reeked of smoke. This place is a health hazard and far below any acceptable standard. I would not recommend it under any circumstances—not even if it were free.

The people who work there are nice, but the property itself is an absolute disaster and has a bad reputation in the area.

Room and hallways, elevator were absolutely filthy. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but I would never stay there again.

The employees are so nice- but the conditions of this place is awful. I stayed here as it was walking distance to a store visit i had to conduct. The place is super dirty. There was a roach in my room in the bathroom. It didn't feel clean. The hallways though in a non smoking room (which i felt is odd to even offer smoking rooms) the smell lingers. The lack of basic accommodations like water and cleanliness. If i didn't check in so late (10:30pm) and hadn't have a meeting at 8:30am down the road, i would've found someplace else to stay!

Dirty, foul odors in lobby, corridors, room. Upon entering room window was left open in order to air it out. Disgusting foul odors and floors not clean. Vanity sink did not drain. Waited over 5 minutes at front desk to check in. No attendent. Overall property quality worth a $50 room rate. They charge $81 plus taxes and fees $92.

Everybody is so helpful and you can always find somebody around to answer your needs.Especially Mr. Royel is the best at customer care.
