Great place for basic needs. Comfy bed, hot shower, internet( needs improvement-provided by 3rd party) and clean. Next to expressway for easy travel. Will stay again. Oh 16 nights at 30 bucks a night. Great deal.

My recent stay at this hotel was very unsatisfactory. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, the beds were in very poor condition, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest. The service and attention from the staff were also not up to par. It seemed they were not willing to help or make the stay more pleasant, which significantly impacts the overall perception of the place. It’s a shame that a place with potential has so many shortcomings. I would strongly recommend urgent improvements in cleanliness, room furnishings, and, most importantly, customer service, so future guests can have a more positive experience.

I liked that housekeeping will only come once every 14 days, they leave the room supplied with trash bags. Now, upon arrival, i was not given the room i reserved, i reserved and prepaid for a non smoking queen bed room. Management reserved a smoking double bed room for me. They had no queen bed available. They gave me a standard full size bed instead and managed to move me to non smoking floor. The elevator was out of order. People seem to live there permanently. Staircases were dirty and trash left on stairwells by residents. Not satisfied with this hotel.

I paid for a room with a queen bed, got a double bed. They gave me a room on the 4th floor with the elevator out of service. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!!
