깨끗해서좋았는데 창문이 열리지 않는다고 해서 환기가안된게 아숴워요. 근처 타겟있고 씨월드 6분컷입니다.

Elevators were out of order…my husband who is disabled had to walk up the stairs CARRYING luggage up to the 3rd floor

Hotel was pretty dirty and uncomfortable. More like a motel. I couldnt let my family stay there so we left as soon as we got into the room. Will be requesting a refund.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable but that is where the good stops. Shower pressure was non existant, property surrounded by homeless living in their hedges, pool filthy, hot tub filthy and not even warm. Asked about the gym and the lady at front desk said it caught fire so no gym. I tried to ask about the hotel making any accommodations with other gyms or hotels so i could go workout but the lady was rude and said well it caught fire so no. Also prior to arriving i contacted the reservations department and asked about the parking fee to which the reservation agent for wyndham said they could probably wave it since i was staying 5 nights. I spoke with the manager at the front desk and she basically laughed at me saying you are staying 5 nights and we have people staying months and we dont wave it unless you are on active deployment

Great property, but it was busy. Lots of people there traveling with families, which is great, but a bit noisy. Overall, great area and hotel, but not many late dining options available due to being in a mostly commercial area.

Mi estancia en la Suite Ejecutiva fue excepcional. Tuve un percance durante mi visita y no dudaron en resolverlo de inmediato, brindándome la mejor experiencia posible. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Bonnie, gerente, y a Perla en recepción, por su incomparable asistencia, amabilidad y profesionalismo. Definitivamente, este es un lugar al que regresaré cada vez que requiera hospedarme en San Diego. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacerme sentir tan bien atendida.

Very nice place to stay and very closed to seaword

Rooms were clean, but smelt like mold every night. Needs to be repainted. Not safe at night, too many homeless & shady people out. One night heard sounds like explosions & sirens. Plus, they charge $20 per night for parking. Never paid for parking unless I was staying at a high-end hotel, this is just an old looking hotel.

I was good ! I didn't like paying $20 a nite for the car to be parked. That should come with the nightly rate.

It was a good hotel, there was not any breakfast but Panera shares the parking lot. It was clean and well maintained, the sliding door on the bathroom stuck. The hotel itself is nice. It was close to sea world the beaches and the bay.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. No servían los elevadores ni las máquinas expendedoras y el personal de recepción ante esta situación fue grosero con los clientes que solicitaban apoyo

Worst hotel. No working elevators for my handicapped father. He had to climb 4 flight of stairs to reach the 3rd floor. False advertising. I had to lug the luggage solo since there was no one to help. The staff were lazy and rude. When I asked to leave the, they refused to refund my prepaid purchase on Expedia for the 2nd night. What a rip off. Biggest regret!! Don't stay here.

Is good for one or two days

The area isn’t the best. You have planes flying right over the hotel. The front desk, depending on who you get, is terrible. The cleaning staff don’t speak any English. The room wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Won’t stay here again.

The front desk man who welcomed us was extremely lazy and very unhelpful. When we asked if the hotel offer rides to the airport, he said that they stopped doing months ago. However, outside the hotel we saw the hotel shuttle, lol. Then when we asked for the bathroom, the guy immediately said that it was out of service. I said, let’s wait until we get to the airport. He felt mercy and took the bathroom key out. I can tell the guy doesn’t like to help at all. So, why is he in customer service?
