The hotel service was great and the hotel was clean. The area around the hotel was dirty. Looking out the window we could see discarded fridges and other trashed items.

Very dirty - holes in walls. Bedding was not clean. Our window showed all the mattresses that had been thrown out - we left early due to concerns about pests. Ice machines did not work. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived at 7:45 pm -- was told they only had a king room ready and that our queen room was not ready, was told to wait and that it would only be 10 mins to clean the room. Lobby was hot and stuffy. Staff then gave us a room out of a booked group since I did not want to wait at 8:00 pm....upon entering room, there was a dirty cleaning towel left behind and some dirty paper towels on the floor.

The food was terrible, and the Internet access was not good. Otherwise, it's average.

If this property was indeed renovated, it wasn’t in the past decade.

Our room had water stains on the ceiling and large areas of peeling and bubbling paint due to the water issue. Countertops in the room were dirty and you couldn’t breathe properly in the stairwells due to the overwhelming mold smell. Lots of garbage and mattresses stacked in the back of the property. Would definitely not stay here.

Terrible. Had spiders everywhere. Staff was not pleasant.

Hotel itself was nice but we stayed here for 2 nights and our room wasnt cleaned once...Also everytime we got back to our room at night there was a stench of weed both nights.

Stairwell is dirty with garbage. Noise at late hours of the night. Floors were not cleaned. The room otherwise were okay.

It was so comfy & The staff wad so friendly and attentive. I definitely will be back.

Nice stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of Hoyt be cold foods. The only drawback was the location. Easy access to where I was going but definitely not a place to take a pleasant walk. Lots of traffic, but I had a room away from the traffic and never heard a sound.

Overall our stay here was fine. We came for the Zach Bryan concert and decided this was a good place to stay for a fair price that was close to the venue and the city of New York. Parking was always available outside so we never had to use the parking garage. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable so I can’t complain about that, however, other things were just not right even for the aforementioned fair price. Our phone in the room did not work. We called the front desk on our personal phones and told them about this and nothing was done about it. We also asked for more towels and pillows and were told that they either weren’t available during the time we called or if they were available, we’d have to go downstairs to get them ourselves. The washroom did not have an exhaust fan so every time we took showers the washroom became a sauna. The door to the room also needed some force to fully close as it wouldn’t latch on its own. For the duration of our stay there was only one working elevator and even that wasn’t very reliable as it was very slow and completely skipped our floor (4th) many times while we waited. In conclusion, it was a fine stay and it served its purpose for our trip but even for the low cost, some basic hotel things you would come to expect weren’t there or not working and that would make us look elsewhere in the future.

The room was okay. But it could’ve been cleaner. There was dust everywhere and the bathroom sink and toilet looked like they weren’t cleaned well.

Place smelled moldy

Good choice if you think to stay at NJ.

Overall decent just was hard to get to at first , you have to drive through a parking lot to get to it

Elevators broke down multiple times while there. Hallways smelled musky Housekeeping only cleaned the room twice in 6 days Location was convenient for us Nothing special but ok.
