매우 만족 하였습니다.

가격 대비 안락하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소. 위치도나쁘지 않고 치안도 좋음. 출장 숙소용으로 괜찮음. 시설도 좋고 서비스도 좋음.

This was the worst hotel I’ve booked through Expedia ever. It says hot tub on site on Expedia and it says it on their website as well. You get there there is no hot tub. We were told that it closed during the pandemic so at least five years ago. It’s kind of fraudulent to advertise a hot tub that doesn’t even exist. Also, Expedia says you get 20% off the restaurant well guess what there is no restaurant. This is another lie. They have breakfast in the morning, but that’s only if you paid for it. It is not included. So again, no hot tub no on-site restaurant. Then our room started to flood because there was a cyclone which I get is not a normal occurrence, but the amount of wind that was coming through the window was so noisy we couldn’t sleep or hear ourselves talk, and then we woke up and our things were completely drenched because water was coming through the window. Carolina the only staff on site was so overwhelmed and this poor lady moved us to a different room where the wind wasn’t coming directly at our window and we could finally get some rest and we had to dry our things. Also, it’s a terrible area because everything closes at 5 PM. There are no restaurants. There’s just a McDonald’s that’s open. Just don’t stay there. They have no hot tub. They don’t have a restaurant in the room we had was flooded and again the wind noise from the really bad windows was like a high-pitched, really loud whistling. Nothing that they are Expedia advertises true.

Check in deadline was 10pm but they waited 20mins for me following heavily delayed flight which was appreciated.

Design hotel é só o nome mesmo. O quarto é decente mas não tem nada de diferente. Aliás a hospedagem é bem amadora. O café da manhã não deviam oferecer se não tem como fazer algo satisfatório

Excellent hôtel boutique, personnel chaleureux et compétent, belle terrasse sur le toit, déjeuner continental délicieux, vue magnifique sur la Rio de la Plata, très près de la Rambla, chambre spacieuse.

A stylish and comfortable hotel located half a block from the waterfront and a couple of blocks from the pedestrian promenade of the Old Town. Welcoming and attentive staff. Nicely designed room. My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it.

Estadia incrível, acomodações muito boas. Tudo novo e muito limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento também. Bem localizado.

Had a great stay at Axsur. It's located in a prime area near restaurants and cafes and walking distance to most of the major landmarks and events in the city. The only issue we had was with the placement of the shower head, which was too close to the wall and required taking down and using like a handheld shower head instead. I'm not sure if all of the bathrooms have this issue, it was minor for us.

Fomos surpreendidos na chegada com um local feio, rua deserta e escura, carro na rua em frente com vidro quebrado, recepção e restaurante pequenos, um recepcionista nada cativante, nos informando para não parar o carro na rua em frente onde tinham algumas mal encaradas na calçada. Na mesma hora desistimos deste hotel e fomos procurar outro. Os quartos poderiam até ser confortáveis mas a região do hotel nada agradável.
