The spa and spa team are pleasant / productive including the massages and sauna. The gym is functional though could it use some care and repairs. The pool is great for relaxation or 25 meter laps. The Opta staff are kind, helpful, and pleasant. The location is both convenient and wonderful (i.e., near La Rambla, bus depot, restaurants, bars, parks, and mall if you need it). Many guests play billiards pool and ping pong. The various spaces to read or work on a laptop are convenient. Laundry is on site, irons are in the laundry room. I only encountered three issues that may be important for sensitive sleepers. 1) The in-room router or cable box contains a bright blue light that is unnoticeable during the day. When all the lights are off and curtains are closed at night, that blue light is very bright. You will need to cover it or unplug it if you don’t want ambient light. 2) Where the closed curtains meet, a slight gap remains at the top, a common issue. So, it is difficult to achieve total darkness. I never did achieve total darkness with the blue light and this curtain gap. 3) The mattress was uncomfortable. I rarely felt comfortable and didn’t sleep through the night once. It was both too hard on the edges and would sink in the middle. I weigh a semi-muscular 215 lbs or 97 kgs.

El hotel es lindo, estilo moderno, excelente ubicación! El personal es muy amable y la habitación estaba cómoda. Sugiero mejorar la limpieza y mejorar la secadora de pelo en la habitación. Me encantó el hidromasaje que está a disposición en el hotel.

One of the worst stays I have experienced in a while. The bed linens were stained and the kitchen facilities were poorly stocked. The communications were a nightmare, resulting in a lot of runaround. And despite do not disturb sign, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door while I was in the room on calls. The final straw was when, despite the do not disturb sign, a housekeeper walked into my room while I was on a webinar, likely assuming I was not there. I checked out early. The view was nice and the pool looked nice, though.

Localização excelente, os apartamentos que ficam com vista para o rio/ mar são maravilhosos , quanto aos apartamentos que não tem vista , sao menores ,a equipe de funcionários excelente, com destaque as duas recepcionistas,?uma a morena Amelia e a outra loira de cabelos grandes!

Quarto mofado, vidros quebrados, sem cofre, sem copos, sem manutenção, toalhas velhas e duras. Equipe rude.

Mofo, atendimento lento e ruim. Decepcionante. Não volto e não recomendo.

Great hotel with good amenities I do recommend it.

Excelente localização,ficamos primeiro no quarto menor com janela para área interna, mas da segunda vez , ficamos no quarto com frente para o rio del plata com vista para o por do sol, o tamanho é maior, as camas são tamanho King extra, super confortável, nota 10! Funcionários extra simpaticos, especialmente Amelia e a outra loira de cabelos grandes!

We had heard good things about the space but unfortunately our experience left us disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the room in itself was not very clean, there was a strong smell of smoke / weed in a room that was meant to be a non smoking room and there was no working air conditioning as the console was completely smashed and coming out of the wall. I can’t recommend this for a short stay given the price point and our experience

Muy buena ubicación, tranquila y segura, muchos lugares para comer sistema de hotel compartido con depto. Buenas instalaciones, no sirven desayuno

Quarto amplo e muito limpo. A banheira muito boa e espaçosa, com ducha bem regulada. Academia muito confortável e a piscina muito bacana e bem tratada

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Al lado de la rambla que es perfecto para salir a pasear o correr. Buen gimnasio abierto 24h. Tiene una cafetería que abre a las 7:00 y es perfecta para desayunar o comer algo rápido. Muy buena opción.

Die Location, die Ausstattung, sowie die Räumlichkeiten sind tipptopp. Leider hat der Check in 30 Minuten gedauert. Deshalb ein Punkt Abzug.
