So so good. They arranged pick ups even though our flight arrived well after midnight, someone met us and let us in. Great self contained accomodation that was clean and comfortable.

Very nice place, the owner is very helpfull and friendly. You have your own kitchen to cook though it is a bit runned down. Great value for money.

The location is not very accessible to public transport. Its 4 star rating is misleading. It is definitely not a 4-star accomodation - not anywhere close to being one.

Expedia cancelled my booking of this accomodation and told me 'Quest apartments has cancelled their contract with us and as a result will no longer be able to honour your booking' I searched Quest apartments, same dates and they were still listing the accomodation, at a much higher rate. I queried Expedia via email of this, with screenshots and email correspondence with an agent. I have been ignored, not refunded for the accomodation and not reimbursed for the holiday i've lost. I will be taking this further with the Ombudsman.

Good to spend the night, or as a cheaper option for self contained traveler.

Quiet, very well maintained and excellent staff. Excellent location to walk or get a bus into the centre.

The staff were very helpful. The property is a bit dated as some of the furniture could be updated. The facilities were good and the property is in a quiet location.

Pros: fairly spacious, clean, excellent service, fairly convenient location, safe, across the road from the Holiday Inn with good restaurant, easy to get transport by minibuses. Cons: lousy slow internet which shuts off every half hour, forcing me to spend most of my working hours at the Holiday Inn with much better wifi. Furniture ratty and uncomfortable. Air conditioning inadequate for the heat and humidity. Only harsh overhead fluorescent lighting, needs some lamps.

We enjoyed our 11 nights, it was handy for us to walk to the market and catch the local bus to bring us back. Jacinta and the team were very helpful and friendly.

Just perfect! I had an amazing stay at Quest apartments, very comfortable and pleasant. The host is very helpful and I can not thank her enough of the things she helped me out with.

Stayed 4 nights @ Quest. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and easy to work with and very accommodating. I had to check out late due to a later flight and they securely stored my bags. Thanks! Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were somewhat comfy, but mattresses felt a bit older. Staying here gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax with our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and the swimming pool. Parents enjoyed the laid-back feel to the place. It was very hard to catch a bus to town. On weekdays from about 7-5 there are busses that run every 5 minutes or so. On weekends, you are going to have to walk about 10 minutes up a hill to catch a bus to town as there are not any busses to be found coming down that road on the weekends and at nights. We found a taxi driver we liked who gave us good rates, so we kept calling him to pick us up. Overall, other than difficulty getting transportation, everything was great!!!

The Apartment has two rooms, one bath room, kitchen, living room and a garden. The enviroment is quite and with lovely scenery.

The service from Jacinta and Emelee was excellent, ever so helpful with advice. It was good to know that the security was present during the night and when we went on day trips. Comfortable beds and good daily service. It is not modern but it was exactly what we required for our visit.

Lovely place to stay! Enjoyed five nights in a standard apartment. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. Quest is located close to town but in a nice quiet road with a view of the lagoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again

I had a nice apartment which was very clean and was very well equipped for self catering. A breakfast 'starter pack' was provided. Very nice, helpful staff. The down side is the location - a bit out of town and it was a very hot walk uphill to get to the main road to get a bus. However, the Holiday Inn (which is almost across the road) was closed and transport may be easier when it's open. The aircon in the bedroom barely worked and made little difference so it was incredibly hot in the apartment with just the floor fan. Be careful about hiring a car. I did - it was cheap but you get what you pay for. It needed oil, the mileometer (or should it be kilometre meter?!) had been disconnected and the speedometer didn't work. It clearly hadn't been checked before I got it.

The room and premises were excellent in terms of cleanliness and presentation, but is clearly over due For an upgrade - extremely dated for an appartment premises rated 4 Stars. - never saw the management while staying But All was prepared in advance for our stay.

very accommodating staff, loved "Happy Hours" between 5.00pm-6.00pm. this is very rare activity undertaken by staff to introduce guests from various backgrounds. Allan and Maggie will go out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. Jacinta was very helpful and accommodating.

We LOVED Quest Apartments - it was a home away from home. The hotel was close to everything, BEAUTIFUL scenery of the lagoon, lovely Australian owners who are happy to go the extra mile for you.
