Ailen Garden 2 Hotel

체크인한곳은 사진에 있는 에일리언호텔이 맞는데 제가 묵은 곳은 바로 건너편의 왼쪽에 있는 이름모를 호텔이였습니다. 체크인을 하니까 그곳으로(반대편 건물 다른호텔) 우리를 데려가서 안내하였고요. 아주 최악이였습니다. 에일리언호텔에 체크인하면서 다음날 새벽에 공항가는 택시를 예약해준다고 리셉션비를 20만동 받아 쳐먹었으면서 다음날 깨우지도, 짐을 옮겨주지도 않았습니다.(엘리베이터없는 3층 계단. 짐이 무지 많았음.) 그냥 큰길까지 우리가 가서 택시를 타고 갔습니다. 그냥 적선한셈치고 잊으려 했는데 우리가 신발신고 나가려는 찰나에 에일리언호텔에서왔다며 어떤 남자직원이 자다 나온것처럼 늦게 와가지고는 짐을 옮겨준다고 대신돈을줘야한다고 OK?이러면서 짐을 큰길까지 옮기더니(짐의 전체가 아니라 짐의 일부분 우리와 같이 나른 셈.)택시에 싣고 그 앞에서 돈을달라고 쌩난리를 치는거예요.그래서 우리는 리셉션비를 이미 냈기때문에 팁을 달라는 건지 알고, 그래 사는게 삭막하나보다..팁을 주려 했는데 그돈이 아니라고 쌩난리 난리. 알고보니 리셉션비를 안 낸줄 알고 리셉션비를 내라고 그렇게 언성을 높이며 뭐라한거였어요. 그게 더 화나죠, 그만큼 커뮤니케이션이 안 된다는 거잖아요 선결제를 했다는 사항도 안 알리고 일을 맡기나요? 그래서 리셉션비를 낸 영수증을 보여주니까 사과는 커녕 그냥 택시문 열어주고 가더라구요. 정말 어이없고 불쾌하고 기분 더러웠어요. 그리고 호텔도, 제가 묵은 호텔에서 잠시 외출하고 복귀하니까 누구냐고 우리를 제지하더라구요. 자기네 손님 맞냐면서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 어이없어서 웃음이 나오네요. 우리 방 키를 보여주니까 그제서야 "이게어떻게된일이지?" 하는 표정으로 더이상 제지하지는 않더군요. 도대체, 에일리언호텔에서 안내해줘서 묵은건데, 에일리언호텔은 그정도 사항은 그 호텔에 말해줘야 하는 거 아니예요? 호텔 호텔하기도 되게 짜증나네. 호텔도 아닌데. 여인숙보다 더 후졌어요. 그 흔한 바디클렌저 조차도 없어요. 바디클렌지 빈 통은 왜 벽에 걸어두는지 모르겠어요. 방에 도마뱀도 기어다녀요. 수건 3개 중에 하나는 마른 핏자국같은 무슨 얼룩이 져 있었구요. 하.. 객실료, 리셉션비는 물론이고, 제가 묵은 호텔 프론트에 여직원에게 준 팁이 아깝네요. 돈 더 주고 1군에서 묵으시려면 제가 첫날에 묵은 avanti호텔 추천드릴게요. 여기 제 글 보시면 좀 똑바로들 장사하세요. 이렇게 서로간에 직원들, 연계된 업체들끼리 커뮤니케이션이 안 되어서 이런 문제로 숙박하는 손님들에게 피해를 주는건 최악인 거 같아요.

친절한 스탭과 편안한 분위기. 도보 3분거리에 큰 버스정거장이 있어 공항은 물론 시내 어디든 버스이용 가능 데탐, 부비안 거리와 가까워 편리한 위치가 최고 장점 방크기는 다소 작았고 시설은 그저 그랬지만 어차피 계속 돌아다녔기 때문에 크게 신경안쓰임.

Very friendly but room were not that clean, mirror had toothpaste all over it and garbage under the bed. We were in the 5th floor so lots of stairs everyday! Location and price were good.

The staff were the most important. I do not know all their names, but they were always friendly and helpful when I required any assistance. They were always accommdating and helpful. All listed facilities worked well in my room/accommodation. Thank you.

I give up this place on my stay and rent a different hotel, because full of cigarette smoke and dirty. Not recommended

Very terribe. No elevator. First the gave me room in third floor with only one key room. Then, the AC stopped work after couple hours. Then, they gave me the other small room in fifth floor, I had to clamp up there with no elevator. Really made me mad. Because any time I went out and go back I have to clamp up to fifth floor. The towels, and bed very old and dirty. I booked 2 nights but I couldn't survive up to the second. I checked after the first night stayed. Overall, very bad. No toilets paper. And only one old towel per person stay.

Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Very prompt service for requests for towels, etc. The staff man this hotel and Ailen Garden 1 a couple doors down. When there wasn't a staff member in AG 2, there was always one outside of AG 1 to come right over and help. It had all basic amenities (AC, wifi, hair dryer, etc), plus a fridge that worked well, and a safe (it's small, but it's secured to the closet floor, so someone couldn't just grab it and go). Perfect location to nightlife, restaurants, bus stops, parks. It's not the Ritz, but it's appropriate for the price you pay. Would stay again.

The location is good there is a lot of good restaurants around there.. There is not elevator for luggage

Hotel reception staffs are very kind. We got early checkin around 12 pm without any fee.

Expedia devrait arrêter leur collaboration avec cet hôtel. A l’arrivée à 17h l’hôtel est fermé, il faut essayer de joindre quelqu’un dont le téléphone ne répond pas. Bon courage si vous n’avez pas de carte sim vietnamienne. Vous réussirez peut etre. Ici une chambre vous attend (si vous avez demandé trois lits, vous en aurez deux, bref), mais surtout des cafards vous attendent dans la chambre. Bref j’ai dormi 3h. Cependant le monsieur qui s’est occupé de nous était très agréable. Bon courage si vous y allez.

Value for money hotel. Had taken the family room which was very spacious. Excillent location. The hosts are very friendly and always eager to help. Would certainty recoment this place.

This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve stayed at the Ailen Garden or Ailen Garden II, always through Expedia. Every time I stay there they adjust my room type. Sometimes it doesn’t inconvenience me. This time I ordered a triple twin, because it was my birthday, and I expected friends. They downgraded me to one double bed and put me on the 6th floor without an elevator. As I was going out I complained and said they needed to quit doing that, and that they needed to refund the difference in price. They said oh let’s move to the other hotel, we have a room like that there. I said no. I’m going out, and I wasn’t climbing their stairs to move my stuff. I wanted my money refunded back to the price of the room they gave me. On checkout the manager argued with me for a half an hour and finally agreed to refund the five bucks, but they haven’t yet done it. They always say, “Why you don’t call us, you stayed with us before?” However I like using Expedia and my USA credit card when I travel in Vietnam. Besides that their towels stink. I won’t stay there again.

An alright small place. Standard low-budget hotel. We had one of the upper top-floor rooms, which, as other guests point out, can be immensely hot! Fine bath-facilities and beds.

エレベータ無いのに、５階だった。辛い。それに日ごとに部屋を変更させられた。これには閉口した。
