Airport Transit Hotel

It was doing cold at night!!!

A little bit hard to find- definitely take a taxi. The place was great- clean, comfortable, affordable, etc.

I have family issues, I lost all my money when I was not able to stay

Quiet....family run business.. rooms are very nice...walk from restaurant

Quiet, room's are big,bed comfortable , Vietnamese restaurants walk away other amenities close by

Where do i start, on one hand it looked like the pictures which we liked but several spots had mold. And the room had a funky weird odor that was most prominent in the bathroom. The whole room was tidied up but not clean at all. We are very happy we had only stayed one night.

Staffs were kind and the room was clean.

Close to airport. Owner dropped us off at the airport.

Property was close to the airport Good place to stay overnight for one night stay. Breakfast was ok. Our flight was late We arived after modnight. Hotel did not provide shutle from the airpot to the hotel. Return shutle was provided and we were happy with it. The place was hard to find at nighttime. Following Google we were able to find it. Taxi driver did not know the exact location.

Hidden in an alley and Grab driver had hard time finding it even with the map and talking with the hotel while trying to find the hotel. Internet photo & great reviews are a bit off from the reality, imo. I had no WiFi. Loud noise from the airplanes & cars. Didn’t see water bottles (all other hotels leave out 2 bottles). TP was almost all gone with no extra roll. The only electric outlet other than the TV & frig that I saw had a fan plugged in. I wanted to use it to charge my phone but no table to place the phone on. “Blanket” was very thin and the room was cold. Shower are window was open slightly, but couldn’t close because the handle was broken. Run down and not clean. Grab taxi charge from the airport was 60,000 vnd including the toll. Hotel charged 80,000 vnd next morning to go back to the airport (fear of Grab getting lost forced me to use the hotel.) “Breakfast” with instant coffee was a joke but appreciated that they offered it before 7am. Asked for a quiet room for a short stay, but got a room next to the elevator & stairs and some sort of machinery running all night. Luckily it was a very short stay. Preciously stayed at a Saigon airport transit hotel. It was super clean, well furnished, and very professionally managed (same price or a bit less money.) IMO, it is not quite the usual “airport transit hotel”. Puzzled by the great reviews.

We were delighted with the very large room and big bathroom. We arrived late at night (just before midnight) and property was well-lit. We were greeted by friendly staff, given our room key and the next morning had a nice breakfast before we left for the airport. The location is about a 5-10 minute drive to the airport. They arranged free airport transport for us. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will happily stay there next time.

We stayed one night at this hotel. It appeared to be run by a family, but they made our stay very pleasant. We arrived in the rain after dark and left the next morning so we did not see much of the area. The room was very large with 2 queen beds. Breakfast in the morning was a choice from a small select menu and they serve it to you restaurant style versus buffet. The receptionist was also the driver who took us to the airport. He was very kind and helpful during our overnight stay. I would recommend this hotel for use if needing somewhere to stay before taking a flight out of Hanoi.

We stayed here after losing our on another hotel. We were immediately blown away by the size of the room and the bathroom. It's big enough to be a dance studio lol. The front desk was very helpful. Providing transport in the city and tours.
