단지 방이 너무 좁습니다.
저희 부부는 101호 였는데 뱃머리라 방이 반듯한 사각형이 아니였는데 욕실이 좁아 샤워하기가 불편했습니다. 카누 요금별도 입니다. 옵션에 포함이 안되있어 아쉬웠습니다.
그 외는 만족합니다.

Please be noted the time that shuttle bus departs from Hanoi between 8:45-9:15 am at the pick-up point. Boat embarkation starts at 12:00 at Ha Long Bay Passenger Wharf. If you wish to use transfer service, please email to sa@bhayagroup.com at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date and provide the following information: Hotel Name, Address and contact number in Hanoi and Ha Long. We will contact you directly to arrange the transportation. The transfer fee from and to Hanoi is $45 per pax.

코스 저녁도 조금 별로였음. 다른 크루즈에 비해 가격이 쎈데 별 차이 없을 것 같은 생각이 들었음.

one night in Ha Long Bay. wonderful experience. Bhaya cruises is one of famous cruises so our family decided to stay. All staff are well trained, specially for safety, Food is wonderful. Programmes are well organized. Just two thing, the room cleaing is not so good. (house keeper should clean more detailed) and if staffs have smile face, it could be best.

We booked this stay as a part of our holiday to Hanoi and couldn't recommend this enough.
I personally loved every moment of this cruise, from the communication with Bhaya, to the logistics of the transfer, our complimentary upgrade to their better boat, the service on board, the food, the happy hour and activies. It was all fantastic and a great way to see, travel and learn about Halong Bay.
Thank you to Kevin and his team who exceeded all of our expectations!

We were pleasantly surprised to have been given a complimentary upgrade to the higher-end Auco cruises! The cruise itself was amazing, the staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of and their service was simply fantastic! There were also various activities like kayaking and cycling which we could enjoy. Personally I felt that the pace was a little slow as there was a lot of waiting time in between the activities but if you don’t mind just chilling out and enjoying the breathtaking scenery then it’s not a problem at all!

We had an upgrade to Bhaya Premium but really there is nothing about Premium, little quantity of food, schedule is not respected, the principal of the boat does not know I. Details about the village and the cave!
Do not consider doing again with Bhaya Cruises!
