굉장히만족

정문앞 진입로가 비포장이네요. 그외에는 마음에 드는 가성비좋은 호텔이었습니다. 택시로 이동하는 투숙객이라면 괜챦은 숙소입니다.

Breakfast was not good enough, it was expensive and not many choices. Rooms condition was good, building was quiet enough. Bed was so high. We are not that tall.

그랩을 깐다면 최고의 호텔...적당히 조용하고 3군이라 접근성도 나쁘지 않음.

너무 더운 날씨에 힘들었지만, 호텔만 들어가면 에어컨 빵빵, 깨끗하고 청결한 상태에 방 안에서 있다보면 더위도 생각나지 않고 방 안에서 오랫동안 있고 싶을 정도로 좋았습니다. 스태프들도 너무 친절하고, 수영장, 사우나도 크지는 않지만 친구들과 놀기에 적당하고 좋았습니다. 다음에도 베트남 호치민에 오게 된다면 이용하고 싶습니다~

쾌적한 시설을 갖추고 조용한 독립 공간을 갖춘 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다. 다소 위치가 거주지에 둘러쌓여 택시기사들이 찾는데 어려움이 있었습니다.

위치만 빼면 다 괜찮은듯

가성비, 서비스 모든 측면에서 지금까지 다녀본 호텔 중 손꼽히는 곳입니다. 조식은 근처에 골목마다 식당과 포차 많아서 다양하게 즐길수 있고, 관광지와 조금 떨어진 곳이라 로컬함을 느끼기에는 최적입니다. 또한 시내로 들어간다해도 교통비가 저렴해서 움직이는데 전혀 지장없습니다. 편의점도 근처라서 밤에 뭐 드시기 좋습니다. 시설 깔끔하고, 훌륭한 웰커밍, 깨끗한 숙소를 지향하는 곳이라서 기분 좋은 숙박했습니다.

조용한 주택가에 위치한 호텔이다. 장기, 단기에 머물때 주방을 이용할수도 있다. 다만 위치가 어려워서 택시기사가 잘 찾지 못하는게 단점이다. 친절한 직원들이 항상 웃는얼굴로 반겨주며, 주변에 마트가 있어 편리 하게 장을 볼수도 있다.

깨끗하고 좋긴했으나... 시내랑 좀 멀고, 위치가 별로였다...

호텔은 가격대비 최고입니다. 그런데 위치가 좀 아쉬워요. 이 호텔말곤 주변이 좀 더 허름해요.

1군과 거리가 있어 관광하기엔 조금 불편하지만 저렴핫 택시 이용료 때문에 이용할 만하다. 주택가라 밤에 조용해서 가족 숙소로 추천 바로 앞 마사지샆과 네일샵이 있어 편리함 직원들이 조금 더 친절하고 신중했으면 좋겠다

The location, and the room condition was pretty good. We were family of four and the rooms were big enough and kitchen and dining area were good. However, we had little problem with one of the shower booth. The draining hole did not work well so every time we took shower the bathroom floor was over flooded with water from shower booth. The raised spot dividing the shower booth and other part of the bathroom were not long enough to cover whole area, so all the water from the shower booth leaked. It was very irritating. Also, swimming pool was a little disappointing. It was smaller than we thought. Other than that, all the staffs were very kind and we enjoyed our trip.

The manager Kevin and his staff were absolutely amazing. From the cleaning staff to the breakfast servers, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our room was very roomy with lots of cupboard space.. everything we could wish for. Would definitely go back.. a home away from home. Loved it!!

Undergong change of management and staff can not answer a question without calling someone. Great sizes rooms.... Security around entry in and out a question. Room keys are so old they do not often work and staff sticky tape them together.

Apartment style living with two bedrooms, two baths. Master bedroom had an en suite. When I booked the property it was called Lavis 18 on Expedia. The name must’ve changed to Do Than Residence from the time I booked to the time of my arrival so that made it a little confusing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The doorman/security helped us with our luggage. Housekeeping staff was also friendly. They brought us clean towels and toilet paper when we requested.I really have no complaints about the staff. There was a bit of a language barrier but that was to be expected as I don’t speak any Vietnamese. Google translate came in handy so it really wasn’t a problem in the end. The breakfast/coffee area was small but was never crowded in the morning. The set menu consisted of about 6-7 choices and was edible but nothing to rave about. There are so many other food options in the surrounding area but having the ability to eat breakfast and coffee at the property made it a convenient way to start the day. We booked a tour around HCMC through the hotel which I highly recommend doing. Our tour guide, Huong, was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Lunch wasn’t included in the tour that we booked but our guide took us to a Michelin rated pho restaurant where we all had lunch. The location of the property was a non-issue since booking a Grab taxi with the app was so easy and inexpensive. Overall, I would stay at this property again!

Convenient

This hotel was not as nice as the pictures seem. The hallways are outdated and smell. The bathrooms have a mildew smell. The beds are very hard. We asked for a late check out and when we went to pay the extra fee they do not accept card. I would not stay here again, wishing we would have spent the extra money to stay somewhere else.
