This is a family run hotel and the lady who runs it couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived at 10.30 pm and she offered us a choice of rooms and kept her restaurant open to cook us a delicious meal. She booked our onward bus to Laos and was there to see us off at 5.20 pm. The bus picked us up at the door. The room was clean. Hotel was good value and for a short stay.

low cost room in a good quiet location- more activities are on the other side of the bridge. I had to wait and go find someone to check me in. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at 10.30 pm and she offered us a choice of rooms and kept her restaurant open to cook us a delicious meal. She booked our onward bus to Laos and was there to see us off at 5.20 pm. The bus picked us up at the door. The room was clean. Hotel was good value and for a short stay.

I came from Udomxay, Laos and the bus stoped near by. I stayed for three nights. It's located on a relatively quiet street and there are quite a few local restaurants, cafe and even a super market close by. You can rent a motorcycle and buy tickets to Hanoi and Sa Pa. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful owners, who also run an excellent restaurant next door. For the money this guest house is hard to beat. Very clean, good A/C, WiFi and a hot shower. Easy walking distance to the attractions.

we only staid here 1 night, transiting from Hanoi to Laos. Warm welcome on arrival, free water at all times and complimentary coffee and teas. We picked this hotel for its location, 50 metre from the bus station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the staff were lovely and happy to help. Sparkling clean as well for a budget accommodation. Would recommend to anyone for a 1 or 2 night stay!
