My family and I had a lovely time with Erina Cruise. The staff went above and beyond to provide amazing service. The staff was so kind and the views from the ship are stunning.

Fantastic rooms and staff, wide variety of foods available and full of activities. Drinks on-board are pricy though.

We did a two night cruise with arena and harley.Enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were amazing, especially Duc, and accommodated, our every need, help and we're very responsive with any requests.

Overall a solid experience, worth the money. Friendly staff were a highlight. Destination is spectacular, to be certain.

A great option for our Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay tour. Staff, service, food, cleanliness and activities were all great.

Vi researchade otroligt mycket bland alla val av kryssningsbåtar i Ha long bay, Lan ha bay och Bai tu long bay innan vi till slut landade i att boka Erina Cruises i Lan ha bay 2 nätter/3 dagar. Vi är otroligt nöjda med valet då båten var fräsch och fin, superfint rum med bekväm säng, otroligt trevlig personal, bra uppstyrt vid aktiviteter och härlig stämning. Poolen vid den ljuvlig takbaren är ett stort plus. Bästa Gin tog hand om oss och vi har så nöjda! Vi rekommderar Erina Cruises :)

The staff and food were amazing. The itinerary does not feel too rushed. The technology on the boat could have been better because the wifi and TV were NOT working.

Staff were fantastic so friendly ! Room was lovely, food was lovely everything was as advertised. Cooking class was not really a cooking class but other than that activities were fun !

All the staff were polite and helpful, as specially my waitress Sofia. She was like a step ahead of me, always ready to help. Jennie also a super employee, ready to help everyone on my three days two nights cruise.

We did an overnight cruise as a family of 5 and we all really enjoyed the beauty of Halong bay. We had heard that the bay is very polluted, we did not see this initially, but the next morning we cruised through a very polluted part of the bay, which was so disappointing to see as it really is a beautiful area. The cruise itself was good, the food was all satisfactory, the drinks were very expensive, but we actually took our own soda drinks on board so only needed to buy a minimal amount. My children really enjoyed the pool and the activities offered. The outing on the second day was a short trip being rowed on a small boat through and around some caves, it was nice. Our room was adequate, though unfortunately our bed was terrible and we did see two cockroaches. The staff were all friendly, a little hard to understand - the safety instructions would have been better to have had written. All in all we enjoyed our experience, but one night was definitely enough.

Erina is not the newest nor the fanciest ship in Halong Bay but it is still excellent. The rooms are excellent although the family suite seemed to be right next to the anchor chain. The buffet restaurant serves an ok breakfast, an excellent lunch and an ok dinner. Drinks prices are higher than on land but not silly. I highly recommend a two day cruise as the excursion is excellent. The staff is outstanding and both Sophie and Kim took excellent care of us. Erina represents excellent value and we enjoyed every minute.

Nous avons choisi la formule 2j/1n et nous avons adoré avec ma femme. Le service était parfait, un grand merci à Lucas qui s’est occupé de nous pendant ces 24h de croisière. Nous avions réservé la suite Présidentielle et elle était juste magnifique avec une vue à 180 degrés à l’avant du bateau, un gigantesque balcon avec jacuzzi privé. Quant à la nourriture, elle était très bonne et copieuse. Bref, c’était incroyable et nous en avons pris pleins les yeux. Merci encore à l’équipage de l’Erina Cruise.

Great cruise with perfect itinerary. The two day is a must because the Viet Hai cycling tour is unmissable. The food was lovely, cocktails were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Erina Cruise ist ein hervorragendes Schiff. Die Ausstattung der Kabine und auch der Whirlpool an Deck. Die Bar war ebenfalls einfach nur schön. Ein absolutes Highlight war jedoch das Essen! Die Ausflüge waren ebenfalls ok. Leider ist das Ganze sehr überlaufen, aber dafür ist die Halong Bay ja inzwischen bekannt.

Très bon accueil sur le bateau par l’équipage et le capitaine. Premier déjeuner avec service à table très bon et copieux. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et classes. Literie excellente. Balcon appréciable. Le dîner et 2ème déjeuner étaient des buffets. Choix et qualité limités compte-tenu du prix excessif. Prix des boissons excessifs. Aucun soft ou alcool offerts et compris dans les repas (sauf l’eau). Nous avons été déçus qu’aucune information ne soit donnée sur la baie d’Halong. Aucun conseil pour la balade en kayak, nous sommes livrés à nous-même. Aucune explication pour la sortie en barque du lendemain. Les barques avec les touristes sont les unes sur les autres. Plus aucune activité à partir de 21h, ni ambiance pour une fin de soirée agréable. Tous les points négatifs ont été relevés compte-tenu du prix important pour cette croisière et des prix excessifs des boissons sur la bateau.

We had a great time on our 2 day, 1 night Erina Cruise. The staff was super friendly and the views from the top deck were incredible. The pool/hot tub by the bar was also very nice. It's a great value and would definitely recommend. The bathrooms/ship in general are a little on the older side, but that adds to the character of the ship. We enjoyed the kayaking and the bamboo boat/cave excursions and would recommend you do both!
