Dịch vu kém chất lượng, số tiền bỏ ra quá đắt, không xứng đáng khi nhận về. không có 1 bộ phận nào làm tốt cả, chưa chuyên nghiệp. Là FLC tồi nhất trong các FLC tôi từng ở. Chắc đây là lần cuối đặt tại FLC. Đây cũng là lần khi tôi muốn đổi hạng phòng không được. Rồi phút chót lại đổi hạng phòng bên khách sạn khác thuộc vùng hệ thống cho tôi. Thất vọng thực sự. Phòng đặt trên app trung bình 2 đêm 2,75 triệu/ đêm+ phụ phí trẻ em ở (gồm 1 lớn + 1 nhỏ) vào 8 triệu/ 2 đêm cho 1 phòng mà dở tệ chỉ bằng hạng phòng 1,2 triệu/ đêm. Cảm thấy rất tiếc và lãng phí tiền của. Chắc chắn là không bao giờ đặt trên app lẫn ở hệ thống FLC.
