가격대비 아주 깨끗함. 청소를 아주 잘해주셨고 무료 세탁 서비스도 좋았어요. 다음에도 장기로 머물기에는 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

Its been just perfect staying 6days at this hotel. Super nice and kind owner trying to help guest all the time. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. So giving 5 stars without argument.

Really lovely place

The room was cleaned, and it was always cleaned before I got back at the end of day. The AC took a while to turn on, but it did the job. I really appreciate the kitchenette.

I really love my basement room — it turned out bigger than I thought. What I enjoy most is the quiet. If I come back, I’ll definitely pick this room again. The bath towels are a little old, and I wish they provided hand or wash towels. Hopefully the hotel updates them soon. But overall, it still deserves my 5 stars.

Personnel très gentil, chambre hyper propre et super bien situé dans le district 7. Beaucoup moins bruyant que dans le 1, grand parc pour se balader, nombreux supermarchés et café à proximité, un brai bonheur !

7区の閑静な住宅街の中にあるこのホテルの立地は、ホーチミンで最高です。 コンビニ、スーパー、デパート、飲食店など全てが徒歩圏内にあり、道は広くて歩きやすいです。閑静ですが明るい街灯で、全く怖さを感じない街です。素敵なカフェもたくさんあります。

Fantastisk ophold overall. Hvis du havde et spørgsmål stod de altid til rådighed nede i reseptionen og var mere en glade for at besvare spørgsmålene. Det ligger godt og der var dejligt rent

Golden Tree has been my go-to place in District 7 for many yesrs. Good location, much more peaceful than anything in the more central parts of HCMC, functionsl rooms. This time I stayed in one of the basement apartments. They are a bit bigger than the regular rooms, but the lack of direct daylight is a minus. Had to go get an umbrella a couple of times when I realized that it was raining. In a regular room I would have known right from scratch.

The stay was amazing! Even though there were a few problems, the staff, especially K, fixed the issues. Location in the Korean part of town was perfect. Highly recommend.

The rooms are reasonably priced, considering the amenities and the location, making it excellent value for money. Rooms: The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. They maintain a cozy atmosphere with all the necessary modern conveniences. The beds are particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Service: The staff at Golden Tree Hotel are friendly, helpful, and speak good English, which made communication seamless. They were always ready to assist with directions, local advice, or any requests. Amenities: While the hotel might not have extravagant facilities, it does provide everything you need for a pleasant stay, including reliable Wi-Fi, a decent breakfast, and a quaint little lobby area where you can relax or work.

初日すぐに水漏れ、またフロントスタッフがいつもやる気がなく対応が遅い。 ティッシュの補充もなく、毎日こちらからお願いしないとダメ。 掃除も甘く、恐らく適当にやっている。施設はまぁまぁ綺麗なので、他をちゃんとすれば良いのに、、、

Good stay at a nice location middle of District 7

Great little hotel in a nice part of District 7. Quiet and peaceful. Will probably come again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to see a staff that actually care about their rating. But the Internet connection was not reliable, although the WIFI signal was good but . Too often the Internet connection was disrupted even at night.
