If you want a hotel that's well priced but doesn't compromise on quality, this is the place. The service was five star in terms of attention and care, and the rooms were well maintained. After days of travel, we tried the in house spa and were blown away by how professional and calming it was. The massage rooms were quiet and well scented, and the service was top notch. It was the perfect way to recharge before heading our to explore the bustling streets. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with several warm dishes and fresh fruits. Add to that a delicious breakfast and kind staff, we really couldn't ask for more

The staff made me check in smooth and even gave me helpful tips on navigating the old quarter. I was able to walk to my meetings, grab great food nearby, and return to a quiet and clean room at the end of the day. The wi-fi was strong, the workspace in the room was convenient, and breakfast always gave me a good start. I especially enjoy sitting outside in the evening when the street became lively with food vendors. The atmosphere was fantastic! I'll definitely chose this hotel again for future work trips

This was my second time staying here. I stayed last year and had a such a great experience that I knew exactly where to book when coming back to Hanoi. I was pleasantly surprised when whey offered me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a balcony. That small gesture made me feel so valued as a returning guest. Our room was spotless and well equipped and we appreciated the free daily bottled of water, coffee and tea, Everything else remained perfected: the friendly staff, the clean and quiet room, and the delicious breakfast. It's coming to know that quality stays consistent here

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old quarter, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distances, local coffees, street food, the lake and even train street. The room was very clean and cozy and the breakfast was surprisingly diverse for a boutique hotel. We loved the daily rotation of hot dishes and the strong Vietnamese coffee. What stood out the most was the thoughtful service. Every questions we had was answered with care, and we always felt like the staff truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We'll definitely come back

사파 하노이 여행중 마지막 하루 하노이 일정을 이곳에서 머물게 되었습니다. 리셉셔니스트는 매우 친절하고 다정했으며, 듣기로는 최근 이곳이 리뉴얼(이사)을 하였다고 하더군요. 낡은 건물이었다는 후기와는 다르게 새 건물이어서 인테리어나 시설물은 매우 깨끗했습니다! 올드타운안에 있어서 여기저기 가기에 접근성도 뛰어납니다. 만약 다시 하노이에 가게 된다하더라도 또 묵고 싶을만큼 가성비가 훌륭했습니다. 가장 훌륭했던 점은, 체크인 이후에도 1층 화장실에서 무료로 샤워가 가능했다는 점!! 저가 항공사를 이용하시는 분들은 체크인 이후 새벽 비행기까지 땀내 나는 몸을 이끌고 다니기가 쉽지 않으실텐데.. 짐 맡겨 놓았다 공항가기전 들러서 샤워하고 편안한옷 갈아입고 공항가면 여행의 질이 달라집니다. ㅎㅎ 특히 호텔에서 공항까지 픽업 차량을 아주 합리적인 가격에 (350만동쯤) 이용할 수 있어서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 그랩 택시와 별 차이도 안나고.. 공항에서 하노이 들어올때 그랩택시 사기를 당했을 뻔 한 저로써는 이천원 더내고 이런 호사를 누려도 되나? 싶을 정도로 좋았답니다 ㅎㅎ 만약, 호캉스가 아니고 하노이 시내를 많이 돌아다니신다거나, 사파로 이동할 예정등 호텔에 오래 머물 예정이 아니라면 꼭 추천 드리고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

조식은 괜찬은 편이고 특히 쌀국수 맛있었어요. 위치가 너무 좋아요 하노이 주요관광지를 다 걸어서 다닐수 있어 너무 편했어요. 체크아웃하고 가방을 로비에 두고 왔는데 잘보관해주셔셔 너무 고마왔어요.

호텔 들어가는 순간부터 나올때까지 모두 마음에 들었네요. 방도 쾌적하고 다른곳에 비해 더 넓은편 비행기 시간이 많이 남았다니깐 짐도 보관해주고 나가는순간 과자도 하나 받았네요ㅎㅎ

사파 하노이 여행중 마지막 하루 하노이 일정을 이곳에서 머물게 되었습니다. 리셉셔니스트는 매우 친절하고 다정했으며, 듣기로는 최근 이곳이 리뉴얼(이사)을 하였다고 하더군요. 낡은 건물이었다는 후기와는 다르게 새 건물이어서 인테리어나 시설물은 매우 깨끗했습니다! 올드타운안에 있어서 여기저기 가기에 접근성도 뛰어납니다. 만약 다시 하노이에 가게 된다하더라도 또 묵고 싶을만큼 가성비가 훌륭했습니다. 가장 훌륭했던 점은, 체크인 이후에도 1층 화장실에서 무료로 샤워가 가능했다는 점!! 저가 항공사를 이용하시는 분들은 체크인 이후 새벽 비행기까지 땀내 나는 몸을 이끌고 다니기가 쉽지 않으실텐데.. 짐 맡겨 놓았다 공항가기전 들러서 샤워하고 편안한옷 갈아입고 공항가면 여행의 질이 달라집니다. ㅎㅎ 특히 호텔에서 공항까지 픽업 차량을 아주 합리적인 가격에 (350만동쯤) 이용할 수 있어서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 그랩 택시와 별 차이도 안나고.. 공항에서 하노이 들어올때 그랩택시 사기를 당했을 뻔 한 저로써는 이천원 더내고 이런 호사를 누려도 되나? 싶을 정도로 좋았답니다 ㅎㅎ 만약, 호캉스가 아니고 하노이 시내를 많이 돌아다니신다거나, 사파로 이동할 예정등 호텔에 오래 머물 예정이 아니라면 꼭 추천 드리고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

We were so happy to stay at this Hotel. The location was right smack at the center of town. Near almost everything and walkable to many attractions. We truly appreciated the customer service of this place. The people that work there are just absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and accommodating.

My stay was fine overall, and the staff—young guys—were friendly and helpful. That said, it’s a pretty standard apartment hotel, so I wasn’t quite sure why it’s rated so highly. As I was leaving, I was asked to write a review at the reception, which might explain it.

The breakfast was a delight each morning. A wide selection of both local Vietnamese dishes and international favorites was available. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I loved the pho station and tropical fruits such a flavorful way to start the day.

Hanoian Central Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Hanoi, just steps from the Old Quarter and major attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Mr. Antony greeted us warmly and even marked top sights on the map. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our trip.

This hotel sits right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Everything was within walking distance like Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market, and lots of cafes and shops. It was the ideal base to explore the city without needing transport.
